Samantha Moffett was really helpful from the moment we stopped to look at a sofa. The one I originally wanted had a longer lead time, so she suggested some alternatives. We then found a clearance sofa on the shop floor that could be delivered within two weeks, which I was delighted with!

Samantha made the whole process quick and easy. I can’t wait for my new sofa to arrive!

We had a notion of buying a new sofa for a smallish everyday living room perhaps after Christmas and had looked in a couple of outlets as we checked out options. We met the assistant manager Kate as we entered the Lisnagelvin crescent link EZliving store. The store were celebrating their 5th year trading and we were offered cup cakes and welcomed to look over the extensive range of sofas, all at reduced prices.
Many sofas were too big for our smaller room but we did see one we liked and Kate showed us the different fabric options and features and pointed out that this model was available in the Galway and Dublin warehouses and could be delivered with zero charge for delivery next week. The markdown on prices and ready availability on the sofas and other products saw us committing to the purchase of 2, 2 seater sofas a puffet/footstool, 2 small tables, 2 stylish cushions, a rug, an open type display unit and a table lamp. From a half interested nosy look around we now find ourselves looking foward to seeing a whole room transformation in our everyday living room. Thank you to Kate for her informative and supportive assistance as we worked through the options.

EZ living furniture has been amazing from start to finish. I looked at beds in dreams before EZ living & the selection there was 10 times nicer & they were doing a sale. I ordered my bed in April & wasn’t moving into the house until June. They kindly delayed the delivery until then. The lady who worked for customer care was so lovely & helpful. The delivery men were also brilliant & brought the bed upstairs to my bedroom. Will 100% use again.

We recently purchased a corner sofa at the Derry store. The process was so easy from making our choice to avtual purchase and subsequently delivery. Kate was extremely helpful and guided us through the process. Graham and John provided a seamless delivery and build of the furniture at our home.

Found a beautiful hall table on the website. Finally ordered it on 9 February 2026 thinking it would fit in our car but NOWHERE does it say that the product comes EITHER flat packed or already assembled/built - clearly they just assume that you the customer should obviously know that?!? The only store that had it available was 60 miles away but yet there are closer stores that didn’t stock it - seems the stores are “separate” but have same branding?!?!

Item got delivered to store, email to collect it was a one day window with very little notice. Got a phone call from a rude young man (who I suspect wouldn’t have spoken to my husband like that) essentially telling us to collect and blaming me for the store’s complete lack of storage space for this item…

Trying to pay for delivery myself was also impossible but (female) manager was able to sort it. Turns out they only deliver to “my area” once a month (also not stated ANYWHERE on the website). Delivery for end of February was fully booked.

So after waiting 6 weeks for this item to be delivered, it finally arrived today (27 March 2026) Haven’t even bothered to open the box yet given leaving this crappy review takes priority. Don’t recommend whatsoever, not impressed at all but tbf it’s pretty standard for NI retail it seems.

I found on Google EZ Furniture Co the only firm in N Ireland & England that does the bedroom furniture that matches mine. I was so pleased I ordered it right away. It matches perfectly & I am really happy as I ordered my furniture 6 years ago from a place called Darwen in Lancashire. It is called Georgia & it’s Grey with a Smokey Oak Wood Top. I am pleased beyond words as I have moved to a 2 bed bungalow from a large detached house with a large corner garden.

We went looking for dining chairs, but wasnt entirely sure what we wanted. My husband and I had slightly different opinions 😁
Rachael showed us what was available to suit both of us and gave very helpful advice.
Rachael's (Bailie) Holywood Exchange attitude and advice was superb.
