Ask for Albert.
I bought a CSGO Account since my old one got hacked. I hopped onto the live support and Albert was the easiest person I've ever dealt with. The process was extremely easy and within 2 minutes, I had the accounts email changed, password changed and country altered.

"Instant delivery" I dont think so. I've been waiting 30 minutes for my login details and i still dont got it. Bad service. - They figured it out. They told me it was a technical problem, and the bots couldn't deliver it, so they had to manually send it out. Be aware, that there MIGHT be problems sometimes. Usually i appreciate their service and delivery, i just had a bad day, and we all make mistakes. High five!
