Great customer service
My experience at ez storage was excellent! Shaun walked me thru the whole process. He asked me what I needed to store so he could show me which unit would be best. This was my first time renting a storage unit and a positive experience.

Candi does a great job with her customer service and the place is kept very clean. As a result I am a repeat customer. This is my third time using ezstorage Chantilly. I would recommend to all my friends. You are lucky to have such a wonderful employee in Candi, she makes the place.
