very clean facility. excellent customer service. the staff went out if their way to ensure i had the right size storage room at the best price. they reach out to me by email and phone when a concern arose about my storage lock. it is a secure well managed facility. you will not be disappointed.

I just rented a unit a few days ago, so I can only share about making the reservation and signing up for a unit. The reservation process online was easy. When I came in to sign the paperwork, it turned out that the size I picked did not meet my needs. It was no problem. The agent that I had was very friendly and explain my choices. He also explained everything that I signed and answered all of my question. I was in the middle of a move, so I was very stressed out, but the agent was patient. I was not looking forward to renting the unit, but it was overall a pleasant experience.

The associate was very friendly. She showed the various options available and benefits.
Regretably, I didn't ask her name. She is an excellent face of eZStorage.

I've used ez storage several times before. This was my 1st time at this location. Chris was AWESOME. He is so professional with great attention to detail. The staff, in general, are very friendly. Just hope this facility is as clean as it looks. I've seen a bug crawling in the hallway. I've never had an issue and don't want to start now.
