Wrong Item Sent - Terrible Customer Service

I received the wrong item. Instead of the Dirt Devil bands I ordered, I received Bissell bands that burned, snapped, and broke within 30 seconds of use. I contacted customer service and was referred to a technician. What should have been a simple resolution turned into several days of back-and-forth emails and ended with no response from the company. The order was not fulfilled correctly and was not resolved after multiple support interactions. I have now disputed the charge with my credit card company. What a hassle for a $13.99 part! Save yourself the time and frustration and choose a different seller.

I’m honestly not sure how this company is still in business. I ordered some parts for my vacuum and it said it would take 3 to 5 days. Two weeks later, I finally received my package. Open my package. And none of the parts were correct. Emailed the company on multiple occasions with no response. Ended up having to call them and barely got any help from customer service. And let’s be honest, I could barely understand the gentleman on the other side of the phone. Lol.

Support is poor.

Had a question regarding an order in which the part number ordered was not the part number received. On the packing slip it had an email for questions; however, my email question which included images of parts could not be delivered since it was rejected twice by them. So much for support.

i ordered a back pack assembly for our churches back pack vacuum and after paying and receiving a confirmation and shipping info I have received an order cancellation notice and when I went online to see the product info thinking it was out of stock, they have it listed for $60 more, I will not buy anything else from them and would caution others that this is a sketchy company in my experience.

EZVac rates an F with BBB

Less than 1 star, actually. I placed an order NOV 21, 2025. It is now JAN 4, 2026. I got the wrong parts so contacted them and they responded with a "nice" message that they were sorry and would get the right ones sent. A few emails exchanged after that and then nothing! They won't respond at all to my demands for a refund. I truly wish I'd checked reviews prior to ordering. This business is a scam. So they've skipped off with $50 of mine. I'll be adding my situation to the list the BBB already has.
UPDATE: Feb 6th, 2026 After working with the BBB, and returning all items to EZVAC, at my expense 😡😡😡 I got my refund, but not for the return shipping costs. I suggest anyone in the same situation I ended up in, file a claim with the BBB.

PU for this product

This company advertises that it sells Feather Lite, but what you get is a cheap knockoff called Fragrance Lite. And boy does it stink! You will not receive what you want, rather you will get an inferior product. You will also have to pay a bogus restocking fee AND return postage. I am also sure their claims of being a woman-run business is a big, fat lie as well. Don't buy from this company!

I should have trusted the reviews telling me not to order from this company

They sent me notification that my order had been shipped and gave me a tracking number. I continue to check with USPS tracking and they said they had not picked up. I read the reviews in order from them in spite of everyone telling me not to I reach someone by email who told me it was on back order. I screenshot their message and showed him that they said it had been mailed. I have not heard from him since. Please do not be like me and not trust the reviews. Do not order from this company whatever you do

Poor customer service

Placed an order September 16, 2025. No motor sent, no tracking information, no one answering the phones or returning calls and no response to daily emails. So far I am out $171.19..

Never order anything from EZVacuum.com…

Never order anything from EZVacuum.com - if I could give them negative stars, I would. I ordered 2 Eureka E0205 replacement belts for our vacuum. Those belts don't even match each other & both are too small to fit. When I requested a refund, Noah replied denying my request & said I just needed to stretch the belts. I've replaced belts before, I know they have to be stretched, but these are simply too small.

Sent the Wrong Part - No Resolution

They sent the wrong part. I requested a return almost 3 weeks ago. The company is non-responsive. I've received 2 brief email responses saying they'd look into the issue but so far they have not provided a resolution.

they replaced wrong item shipped, and they are very slow to respond

I ordered a part, was shipped the wrong item, and they replaced it and shipped it to me and told me to discard wrong item. These are like $12 parts, including freight. The reason I give 3 stars is 1) because they shipped wrong item in the first place, 2) took 13 calendar days to respond to my initial email stating they shipped wrong item and I had sent them a pic, and 3) then another 5 calendar days to get back to me stating they reshipped correct item. In this day and age, customer service taking that long to respond is just not acceptable. But at the end of the day I did get what I ordered without too much fuss other than the wait.

Wouldn't return my money

Part was supposed
to fit my vacuum,it didn't. Returned item, provided proof that they did receive it and they kept telling me they didn't get it Had to turn to a third party to get my money refunded .They are horrible.

Item wasn't replacement as advertised

They sent an item that was not a replacement part and did not fit into my vacuum. They then just repeatedly told me it was a replacement item and wouldn't resolve it. My only option was to pay shipping to send it back. Felt very scammy.

They were the worst place I've ever…

They were the worst place I've ever dealt with. They send the wrong part then argue with you that that is the part that you want. Trying to get him to answer through email is hard enough let alone when they do answer they just toss you around from tech to whoever and never answer the problem. You can't get them on the phone so when you finally do get them on the phone they promise you they will send the correct part but never do. They are the biggest pain in the ass company do not ever buy from these people.

Worst company ever..

Worst company ever... Could not send me the correct part (they just don't have the part that they advertise), instead, they send you one that they know will not fit and then leaves you waiting for a refund...
