Professional and Reliable
Ezy Math Tutoring have been extremely helpful and easy to deal with. Very professional with their communication and efforts to find the right tutors to fit my son's needs.
The tutors themselves have made a big difference to my son's school performance and have always been reliable, knowledgeable, relatable and friendly.
Highly Recommend.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. EzyMath are never available to take a call. Out tutor just didnt show up for a session and we never heard why. When I rang and left a message to complain, they never bothered to call back. But they were quick to send the invoice. AVOID this company.

Give good customer support- maybe need to give the tutors a bit more support
EzyMath were very quick to contact me and follow up my enquiry. I received lots of information and support. The tutor they assigned for my 13yr old was a good match- they were very nice and connected with my child but not really prepared for the first lesson -but it was their first time tutoring so i was happy to give another try.

The overall on-boarding experience was great, the allocated tutor is fantastic.
Could improve on the process re initial inquiry, particularly around details re follow up emails.

Smooth process to organise service
Easy process, was contacted back on the same day, tutor found and organised quickly. Free trial was a good feel for the service. The online portal is great. Really happy with the quality of service recieved.

Absolutely wonderful bunch of people
Experience was great, the tutor Neetu, is absolutely wonderful young lady. My son is so happy. Is is usually a shy boy who needs some time to get use to new people, but with Neetu, he automatically clicked, so ima extremely happy.
