The right kit, supplied fast.
Our CIC needed a particular Jabsco water pump for a Tall Ship being brought to the UK from Sweden. Project Manager (on the ship) and myself (in the UK office) both found F10 seemed to be the only supplier stocking the particular spec. pump we needed. It was on the carrier to Liverpool next day, and Bosun took it to Sweden.
Tall Ship Helene expects to enjoy a good relationship with F10 in future, as we did with Cleghorne Wareing over our last ship, Zebu.

The product (hatch covers) is well made and was a reasonable price I felt. The service was also very good; my package was stuck in Royal Mail and the company was supportive in trying to locate it.

The bottle of Marine 16 was not packed properly and could have burst or leaked the toxic chemical.…
The bottle of Marine 16 was not packed in a box and arrived with one side of the bottle flat so had been under pressure. Lucky it didn't burst or leak the hazardous chemical.
I emailed you about the tracking number TWICE and got no reply.
I eventually figured out that what you show as the tracking number shows an additional digit in last place which is probably the number of packages but appears at the back end of the tracking number and seems to be part of it. Very bad.

The picture on the add showed a tin at 2.5 litres with a price,
I didn't check properly and found that the price displayed was for .75 ltr tin.
Add to that, that the paint is priced far higher than competitors.
