Can’t place an order online
Can’t place an order online. Can’t get through to anyone on the phone for over 4 weeks with no voicemails replied and despite having to use their contact us form every time I want to reply to their email (as emails are bouncing back when I try to reply, apparently it’s my fault) I don’t get a call to make the order manually when requested.
If you can order online great but if you need customer support I suggest you find somewhere else

You havent ordered from us so why leave a negative review just to put a company down? slightly unfair and unjust
we have replied to your emails, emails are not bouncing back our end and other customers are also receiving replies from us fine, we have replied to all 4 of your emails, all within this week.
Other people have also been ordering fine online without any problems, so it seems its just you having problems ordering online and emails, no one else

I ordered two items 6 weeks ago, one item arrived the other didn't. I have called six times and left a message asking them to call me. . Still waiting for the call! I am out of pocket and none the wiser! Feel I have been ripped off, avoid at all costs.

Fab Finches are Fab as always
I have always brought items for my finches, from Fab Finches. Prices are really good, excellent quality products, the birds love the taste of their water supplements. I have found the website very informative and easy to navigate, and each product has very specific information which is very useful and helpful. The delivery times are usually very good and I’ve never had any issues with the product when it arrives. Well packaged and delivered by Royal Mail. I would definitely recommend Fab Finches for any bird lovers out there, who want high quality products for their feathered friend.
