Early renewal timing caused problems
They renew your membership almost two months before it expires - crazy! I had two out of four boxes have issues with missing items, hassle to follow up on. I decided I didn’t want the next annual subscription not realizing i was already charged as I canceled before the new year started. My Amex was charged which I thought was a mistake so I protested it. Amex found for them since I didn’t cancel in time - fine, totally get it, the kicker is I’m locked out of my account (going on 3 months now) and they have the money I was charged. It’s a hassle to also keep up with the selection process too…I’m too busy. Some people clearly use this as a social outlet but it’s not the outlet for me. Hopefully this gets resolved soon but will never again do this.

FFF rocks!!
I am a lover of FFF; I recently joined annually last year; previously I was a seasonal member. I like the annual membership much more. Not only do I get the pick of the products first, I don’t have to worry about being billed every season though I have been adding on additional’s & add on most times. I think the quality of their products they choose is great. I was disappointed a few times by scents not being strong enough or good to my taste. But that’s variety I suppose. I recently became a Content Creator @Apolez3 Ig; @Apolez03 Tt; @Apolez3 Yt… I plan on putting FFF boxes up soon… Apolez aka Arlene Oh & been loving the community forum participating in gift & card stuffer exchanges & fun games within the forum; a great place to be; have to have a membership to get in the forums. Ps. I also had an issue a time or two and personally, was given great solutions!! -With friendly service.

There are not many bright spots in life these days. It’s wonderful to have this little box full of delightful surprises to come I to your life every couple weeks. I have enjoyed my years with FabFitFun.

It is literally the worst
It is literally the worst. I like the products but the customer service team sucks. They get busy or distracted people by not removing items items from your cart. They automatically charge you and somehow that is legal.
I cancelled my subscription to a toning shampoo that I really didn't even want but couldn't figure out how to cancel just that. When I did finally cancel that, I was charged again next month and they told me I am still active. It's just a huge consumer money pit.

They are not transparent
They are not transparent, they trick you into adding things in your box that cost more. They don't eply to emails- basically a bait and swith BS company that relies on frustrating customers and keeping the money. how they are in business is beyond me- NOT WORH IT. most of the crap is just that- crap. and i have given them chances over the years- just crap.

I accidentally ordered an annual…
I accidentally ordered an annual subscription
( by putting the annual subscription in my cart. To check the price with tax and shipping and all of that, Turns out if you do that, it just automatically purchases it) so I emailed in asking how to cancel it? Well… I did end up just keeping the annual subscription. But they did a great job explaining things. But it would have been a hassle as they explained I would have had to cancel the annual subscription, and made a whole new email and then to go back to get the seasonal box instead of them just resetting my current accoun. Anyways.. I feel they did do a great job over all. 👍🏼

I truly love the premise of FabFitFun. However, the past two seasons has been very difficult to navigate. Major issue was losing my winter box with $200 of add ons because of the carrier SpeedX. In fall season SpeedX lost some of my sales order and I had damaged boxes. Product is a major problem too - overstock issues where you don’t get your coveted items combined with poor website redesign in 2025 making it so difficult to shop and refresh for items

Seasonal members are made to feel like they dont deserve nice things. I logged in 3 mins after customization opened and there was nothing good left to choose from and what was decent cost extra money. This subscription is expensive af. No way they should be asking an extra $45 dollars for things they consider Luxe choices. Also, some people can't afford to pay up front. They should not be made to feel less than. This subscription is supposed to be a way to treat yourself. Make you feel special, like you deserve to pamper yourself. However, I felt like they say, "here peasant... These are the table scrapes you get." If I would have known this prior to signing up I sure would have looked elsewhere. I thought the limited choices I had from the winter box was because I signed up in January. But no... it is because seasonal members aren't as important as the annual members. Customer service told me access to the quality products is a perk of being an annual member. Sorry but a perk for one should not make others feel like the are less than. PERIOD! Maybe add an additional item as a perk for annuals, but to not allow all members the same opportunity to have the more desirable products is just plain wrong. At 3 minutes into the opening of customization, all high dollar skin care products were unavailable, all jewelry was unavailable, all clothing sizes under XL were unavailable. I was left choosing from unmatching stemless wine glasses worth $14, a 4pk of coasters, garden shears, and a pack of 2 sheet mask you can buy st Walmart for $6.
**UPDATE**
Since I left this negative review a member of fabfitfun's team has reached out to me claiming to want to fix the problem. What was claimed to have been done to fix my issue was a complete lie. I still have not received my winter box. I did get an email with a tracking number. When I checked the tracking info at Speedex (the delivery service they use) a label has been printed for over a week but has not actually been shipped. I was also offered a complimentary box with full customization. Again I received an email with a tracking number attached. When I check tracking for this item.... TRACKING NUMBER DOES NOT EXIST. So not only does this company treat seasonal members like trash, they believe we are all stupid. This is hands down THE WORST company and customer service I have ever been in contact with.

Not worth it
They Sent me two emails on two consecutive days to resubscribe… the second email was only for a free box, not a bonus box plus $50 credit. I called right away when I didn’t see my credit and customer service basically said “too bad “ even thought I had the email and code to provide as proof. Seems pretty disingenuous to me. Then, when my bonus box arrived, it contained three items that were already on my choice box. The earrings are cheap looking anyway, and now I have three pairs of them. I will not sign up again, nor recommend it to anyone else.

The company is a total scam
The company is a total scam, charged me for an annual membership when I didn’t even sign up for that, furthermore they charged me $85.59 they are very unethical and I couldn’t get a refund.
They went above and beyond to help me…
They went above and beyond to help me fix with my order. Excellent customer service! I will be renewing my annual subscription forever. Thank you!

They have the worst customer service
They have the worst customer service. It took over 3 weeks and 8 emails before I even got a response about my order. I didn't get not 1 item in my box that I selected. When they finally did get back to me, I had asked for a refund because I had paid for an annual subscription and that took another 4 weeks. They kept trying to telling me I couldn't get a refund for the future boxes I had already paid for. The last 2 years the products are not as good as they used to be. I cancelled my subscription for me and the one I had for my dogs.

Amazon delivered my box to someone…
Amazon delivered my box to someone else. And I contacted fab they gave me a replacement box but it won’t have everything in it because the season is closed. They extended my subscription to another box. But I still wanted everything in the box because I picked it.

Meh..
The last few customer service representatives have been very nice. My issue is still being sent to “the appropriate team” and I feel like I’m having to fight too hard to get a resolution. I shouldn’t have to take a screenshot of every item and description just to be sure that I get what I purchase.
