I’m obsessed with my FabFitFun membership! Each season I get a box that blends beauty, wellness, and lifestyle finds from brands I actually love or want to try. The customization is the real game-changer—knowing I’ll mostly receive items I’ll use makes the whole thing feel thoughtful, not random. The value is fantastic, especially when you factor in full-size products and savings from add-ons and early access sales. There are always a few exclusive items I wouldn’t find elsewhere, which makes the unboxing feel extra special. On top of that, the community and customer care are solid—responsive and friendly. If you love discovering new products and treating yourself without overspending, FabFitFun is the way to go!

I no longer need a subscription…
I no longer need a subscription product. I thought I would have to wait until the following box to end it. However, it was cancelled, and I was refunded the money the next day.

App needs improvement
Tried using the app for my box. The app is not clear o. When or if box is complete and submitted. Ended up texting help and had to repeat. Problem repeatedly. The had to follow suggestion to resubmit box three more times. Then finally you emailed me. Then two more emails, then finally a phone number was provided.

I am so happy with FabFitFun, being a long time customer/member, I don't see me being without it. Though, there are some hiccups here and there, usually if you have an issue customer service is on it quickly. I recommend FFF to everyone!

I am so happy I signed up for a Fab Fit Fun annual membership. Every season, I look forward to customizing a box and getting six full-size items. It's a lifestyle company that offers beauty, home, health, and many more fabulous, fitness, and fun products. What sets them apart from other box subscription companies is their community. It's an online community where you can share your thoughts and experiences with other members, and staff and even the founder/owner of Fab Fit Fun join the conversations. That way, they get a pulse on what everyone is thinking and looking for, and then make changes accordingly. I pay a one-time charge for my membership and, four times a year, I get to go shopping and pick out six full-size items that I end up loving.
There’s so much more, but you should just head over to their page or download their app to learn more about them.

I really can’t rate the box experience without seeing the actual items. The best part of FFF is the Forum preview of the box items! That is the most fun! It’s fun to hear what others are saying about the items and what they are getting. The feedback that would be beneficial would be how much I liked the items I picked, how many were gifts, and what I did/did not like about my selections….would I choose them again? I am excited to see them! FFF does a great job with presenting the items in a positive fashion. That is their strength…selling the items. I love Katie’s reviews and the member reviews! They are very impactful! They really build the excitement of the box. After all the feedback on the boxes, I have been enticed to buy a 3rd box during the Seasonal timing in the past. However, the price increase for the Seasonal Boxes is insane! Doesn’t make sense for me anymore!

The selection of products for the Seasonal Add-Ons & Customizations boxes are extensive! There are so many items to choose from! At 70 years of age, I love trying the new, trendy products. And the FFF Customer Service staff is there to answer any questions.

First time disappointment
Usually always love fab fit fun never had a problem until recently when you were having trouble with the loyalty points. I have been a loyal customer for a long time and always look forward to the box so I was excited to redeem my points for 150$ shopping. I contacted customer service 3 times and only gave me back 5,000 points when I had 60000. Very disappointed

Product Imagery and Colors/Shades Need Work
I’m getting frustrated with the lack of images and the ability to zoom in on product images. Also, specifically for makeup, there’s usually not an indication of which color is which when you select between colors/options. Some brands have it in the imagery but a good 80% of them don’t.

I just started & they only get 2 stars. Most of the extra items I could pick were either much cheaper elsewhere or a few dollars cheaper elsewhere. I read reviews of jewelry being cheap, breaking & turning necks green. Luckily, I read the reviews of each item I wanted. Have not received my first box yet & Im ready to cancel. It’s more expensive than I thought too to join & find out prices for items are not good. I expected better products. I didn’t get a discount code, wish I had looked for one. If you don’t care about cost, go for it, but products not being higher quality? That’s not good!

I’ve been a member of FFF since 2020
I’ve been a member of FFF since 2020. I recently cancelled my membership that was up for renewal this fall. When I received an email to renew at $219 I reconsidered my decision and renewed. I unexpectedly was charged $259. When I ask support told me that the renewal was only for active subscription to renew. It’s strange to me that my subscription would not be considered renewing. It was upsetting enough to cancel again. Please do better for long term members. Thank you.
