Love the produkt, the details is beautyfully made.

Don't normally post but want to warn!!! After using a bag for 2 years it has ripped. I picked it up and just split at the back for no reason. They advertise their bags as "for life". After contacting customer service have been told silicone can't be repaired and I can get £10. Very dissapointed as really like design. Perhaps silicone isn't a durable material as company claims

Honestly I love Fablou bags, the window to come up with something completely different these days is very narrow. I am a proud owner of 4 different Fablou bags, two are silicone and the other two from vegan leather. I am someone who has appreciation for quality and Fablou for me ticks all the boxes.
I love the feel of the silicone and the colours of both types are just beautiful. I have also ordered few additional straps for my silicone and vegan leather Chelsea, they are gorge but I had to have one of them exchanged as it was faulty - customer services were supper helpful and super quick!
I love wearing these colourful beauties and always get compliments from people.
Seriously keep up the great work FABLOU !!!

I never choose to leave reviews, but on this occasion, others must be warned. It doesn't matter how good a product is, by having poor customer service, an online business is pretty much worthless, and will find it very difficult to grow.

Fablou is a company that takes customers for granted. You just need to check out the 1-star reviews here all saying identical things. Their return/refund policy is definitely not friendly. They ignore your statutory rights. And make returning an item as difficult as possible and drag their heels for as long as possible before eventually processing refunds - if you are indeed fortunate enough to get one.

You must ask yourself why there is a lengthy list of conditions they impose in their return policies which are continually prominent/bolded/capitalised red font around the site, which would be fair if it was being helpful, but the reality is it is merely passing all responsibilities onto customers and only there to find ways not to accept returns and refunds.

If you must purchase from Fablou, please bear in mind the utter nightmare it is if you need to return your item for any reason. Try to pay by methods with extra protection such as Paypal's buyer protection, credit cards' section 75s or [debit cards'] chargeback, because you will certainly need that extra protection when it comes to dealing with these cowboys. Any reputable business would place their business details (address, phone number etc) in an easy to access section of their site.

Fantastic customer service! I had a Fablou parcel that went missing, I contacted the customer service team and Sophia was amazing at helping me with my query! Kind, considerate and resolved my issue in such a speedy manner! I will 100% be using this company again as I absolutely love the products too!

Bought one of these vegan beauties as a gift for a friend. She absolutely adores it. Finally, a vegan bag company that feels luxurious and is stylish!

I love my Fablou City tote bags. Great for everyday. Super stylish and made from super soft silicone. Resistant to scratches, stains and scuffs. Easy wipe clean, which is good for mums and those who travel on public transport.Ethically produced and vegan. Only downside is that without the bag insert, which is sold separately, all of the contents of your bag is on show and not secure. I'm always getting compliments...ooh I love your bag where is it from..I tell them Fablou!

My initial reason for purchasing a Fablou bag was that it was vegan. Then it was 'I really like this bag.' My daughter bought me another City bag in a summery colour with an insert.The insert surprised me as I had no idea as to how useful an addition this would be, only it does make the bag heavier. Due to having to use a walking stick, I have purchased a Chelsea due ti it being a cross body bag and leaves my hands free.I was concerned it would not be big enough to hold my purse, phone, diary and medical items but, amazingly it does. I have found that the clasp on the strap sometimes detaches itself from the bag, but, this is a minor matter. I am so pleased with my bags and have purchased a Charlotte bag as a Christmas present for my daughter in an effort to wean her away from an aged shoulder leather bag which holds a great deal.

I love, love, love my bags and purse. Lightweight, practical and stylish they add a much needed splash of colour to my day - easy to clean.

Customer service is amazing and delivery was smooth sailing.

Not happy at all with the product.. Yes i did use the bag once, but once my other half says it looks like a nose bag, The material just doesn't feel right. There is no zip so people could pick out your valuables from your bag.
I did complain to company, sent photos.
So if you don't get on with the bag or like. Don't even expect even any more back as you won't get it. As a customer you do have certain rights.
Not impressed at all!!!

They feel so soft, very touchable. The colour choices are amazing from the red to black and grey, you should find a colour you love.
I use mine for work as they hold more than I need, isn't this always the way ladies.
The customer service is second to none, quick response to any questions and queries you might have.
