The company has always reply promply to my messages.
My customs has returned the parcel 2 times and the company did the follow up to me everytime. The customs on my country broke items before returning in FaceCardClub and the company gave me extra item to compensate what the customs did . Fortunately I've got the parcel now after changing 3 times the shipping address.
