Update. Communication with factor is great.
Ive been asked to edit or cancel my negative review. Upon review. I will say, I did not pause, I was very upset in October/November and I asked for a cancellation, I actually asked that the 2nd half be cancelled and refunded the difference. But, I was not allowed because I had purchased a flat rate/ a 6 month supply. Also, I understand the doses and side effects. I explained I had been On ozempic previously at the 1 mg dose. I was placed in a much lower dose, and when I had horrible side effects, I found that I was taking too much. I cut my dose in half month 2, and still had bad side effects, lowered to half that, But still experienced negative effects. This is why I requested they not send the 2nd round. Now it sits in my fridge untouched, a waste of $477. So, edited review, as requested. But, not changing my negativity of the review. This is MY experience. Each person will have their own. Some will love it. I did not.

It was easy to order
It was easy to order. First week the 4th day I had nausea all day. The second week just a little same with the 3rd week. What’s weird I have been sucking on cinnamon candy and it helps. I also use ginger chew. When do you think I should reorder my next vial of medicine? Like 2 weeks out?

ZERO WEIGHT LOSS-ONLY BAD SIDE EFFECTS
I’ve tried two other GLP companies before and both times I lost weight right from the first dose, so I had high hopes for Factor Health. I liked that they offered a budget-friendly 3-month plan — that was a big plus for me.
But unfortunately, their GLP made me extremely sick. I felt nauseous, exhausted, and just not like myself. Everyday things became a struggle — even picking up my kids from school made me want to fall asleep or throw up in the car line. I stopped after my fifth dose because I hadn’t lost any weight or noticed any appetite changes at all.
I will say their customer service has been really fast and helpful, and the website is super easy to use. I’m honestly sad to leave this kind of review because I wanted it to work so badly, but I just want to be honest and share that the medication didn’t work for me and made me feel really unwell.

My first month with Factor Health
My first month with Factor Health, has been great!!! I haven’t had one side effect and I have lost just over 10lbs. The shots are easy to do, the food cravings are definitely gone. I literally want no sugar. Along with the shots, I have worked on healthier eating as well. I knew I needed to make some changes. I can’t wait to see how the next few months go and more.

Great customer service. Kenny has made the process really simple. Products came fast. A little disappointed that I have only lost 3 lbs in a month. But I will continue to use for a few more months.

Wonderful experience …
They made the process very easy and explained all options and costs. They check on me regularly via text also. They are very easy to communicate with; I could ask any questions via text and get answers quickly. Handled all quickly and shipped medicine to me right away. Couldn’t ask for anything more.

No Games at Factor Health MD!
The entire process was open and honest. Pricing right up front with no entry level cost shenanigans. Very affordable especially with the longer subscriptions. Customer service is off the charts with Chelsea and Jennifer. They are always responsive to any questions and usually get back to me no later than a couple hours at most. Once meds were ordered they were at my house in four days. The pharmacy package was assembled well for overnight transport. I did a lot of research into these types of services… I’m so happy I took my time and did my diligence. I found exactly what I was looking for!

Trust the process and give yourself time
My experience has been extremely great with Factor Health. I did my research and was encouraged by the great reviews, so I expected nothing less. Everyone is so helpful and pleasant. I received quick responses and great guidance. 😊I gave a 4 star today because I just started my Semaglutide journey on June 3rd and need more time. This is my 4th week and I am already 4lbs down, I can feel the difference in my body and in my clothing. I know 4lbs is not a lot but it’s major for me because I’ve been struggling to lose weight loss for so long. I am trusting the process and adhering to my clean eating and small portions. I am really excited about this journey. I will give another update in 1 month. 😁

Maybe in time???
At this point in time I can only give three out of five stars. Customer service is great. They answered every single question I have had and they were fast about it. I have hit week five and have noticed no change in weight or eating habits like I did with the other doctor and their semaglutide products that I was with. ( I switched companies due to the fact that it was easier to have it delivered to the door rather than trying to find time to get to my Dr which was over an hour away all the time). I noticed change immediately with food intake and could tell I was taking semaglutide. I don’t notice anything with this product at all??? And I keep thinking at week 5 I should notice something by now. And being in the medical field myself it just doesn’t seem right I guess. Still hoping.

My experience with Factor Health MD
I joined the Factor Health last month. The process of joining was very easy and Jennifer was made it a pleasant experience. I made an appointment on line and she called me the second day and went over all the programs the company had to offer and helped me pick the best one for me based on my profile. I got the product by mail within a week after the pharmacy approved my prescription. So far I’m doing good and hope to get the weight results I’m seeking and Thank you Jennifer for making the process easy and for taking my calls and replying to my texts every time I had a question or concern.
