I was waiting for more then a week to find out that my order was never shipped. Fast shipping is a lie. I have never been able to find the status of my order online despite of the link in the confirmation e-mail. Stay away.

It took about 3 weeks to receive the order which consisted of three boxes. One of the boxes was crushed by FedEx and the filters destroyed. I called customer disservice and no one answered. I left a message and it was not returned. I wrote two emails and neither was acknowledged. This is not a serious company. Stay away at all costs!

Still waiting! I provided them all of my contact info as well as the order number so they would have no trouble finding all the info they need. I’m sure they’re diligently working it and just haven’t been able to find the time to respond.

I was finally contacted by a very apologetic customer service rep who immediately placed an order to ship replacement filters which arrived today. The filters seem to be about as good as anyone else’s so I’ll change my rating to four stars but they need to do significant work on timely customer service.

Filters are cheaply made, they bow in the middle and make a very loud whistling sound. I sent an email to them complaining and ask them pick up and refund the unused filters but never heard back. Would not recommend these filters to anyone.

Ordered and paid for filters 11 days ago, and though their website claims they will ship in 3 days I cannot get them to update me on possible shipment date. Cannot get them to respond to phone calls or emails. This is not good business.

This company makes "UNDERSIZED" filters, so BUYERS BEWARE! They say their filters are sized "Industry Standard", but they ARE NOT! Their 14x20 filters are 1/4"-5/16" less in Width & Length dimensions as compared to other manufacturer's filters (i.e. Filtrete, etc.). Therefore, they "rattle" and fall against the ceiling grate making sounds when the air cuts off. They DO NOT FIT SNUG against the standard 14x20 filter framed opening. Very, Very ANNOYING.
Have installed ceiling filters in houses for 30+ years and have never purchased a filter this undersized from any retail store or any other online supplier. Even the actual measured size of their own filter is 1/16" less in width & length than what is listed on their website. This is obviously Very Poor Quality standards as compared to other filter manufacturers that I have ordered from over the last several decades!.
I have therefore wasted $62+ on 12 of these deficient filters and with no recourse from Factory Direct Filters. VERY BAD $$ LEARNING EXPERIENCE & BUYERS BEWARE!!

Very pleased with the filter that had to be made to specific measurements! Highly recommend!

Stay away from this place their a joke, takes forever to ship your product takes forever for it to arrive pay more by somewhere else. Three weeks and still don’t have my product

My bad! I should have read the reviews BEFORE I ordered. Will I ever learn! My experience is not dissimilar to so many other. Ordered the filters 23 days ago and I'm still waiting. If this was an outfit doing business on ebay they would have been dropped long ago.

just bad. No tracking information on the order. It's been 2 weeks i have placed the order and still not delivered. i think i may have lost my money by ordering it from this website.

Terrible Terrible Terrible customer service. On hold for 10 minutes and finally told to leave a message and someone at some point will call me. Had on online chat as well while waiting to speak to someone......they are of no help and cannot do anything. Chat is a waist of time. Have ordered from them before and will be looking for another company to get our filters from. If you can't reach someone...why do business with them!!!

Ordered previously with no problems but this time after ordering my shipment arrived 3 weeks late.

Also when i ordered one of my set of filters i clicked on "12" filters on their site but the box only had 6 in them. i emailed them and they said if i wanted 6 more i can order more. THAT WAS NOT WHAT I WAS EMAILING ABOUT. They took no responsibility for their mistake. They ended up saying (paraphrasing here) "oops. Typo. We let web people know. Bye."

So nothing being done to mitigate the situation. Horrible customer service.

Ordered Filters on 10/31/18 and the amount was charged to my CC on that date. I have sent 2 emails asking where they are and for shipping information with absolutely no response. At this point I am going to call the CC company and have the charges reversed.

25 day shipping, need I say more

I ordered a few air filters from this company over a month ago (July 23rd) and they still haven't shipped. I got an email from the company saying they were going to be delayed 5-7 business days - this initial delay was annoying, but I thought as long as the products eventually show up, it should be fine.

About a week after the 5-7 business day window ended, I decided to email and call the company's customer support after hearing nothing. They assured me it would ship a week later by the 21st of August (nearly a month after I ordered). Well, it is now the 25th of August, and I haven't heard any follow ups from this company, nor have I received any shipping tracking info like they assured me I would.

It's the weekend and their customer support is down, but I felt that enough time has passed, and they have performed terribly enough that I should leave a review to warn any other prospective customers.

I will try to follow up with their support, yet again. But I doubt much can be done to change my review, but I will update if this takes a miraculous turn (can't get much more disastrous than this).

We moved into a new home with large 4 inch filters. Because we live in a construction zone, and have a whole home ventilation system running 24/7, we were told to change the filter monthly. But, the filters are over $40 at our local home improvement store, so we coundn't change them as often, and had to let them get really filthy before changing them . We ordered filters with a higher MERV rating from Factory Direct Filters and even with the shipping are less than 1/2 the price of buying the lower MERV rated filters at a local store.
They arrived in 6 days, fit perfectly, and we can now change our filters as often as needed. I HIGHLY recommend Factory Direct Filters and will be telling all my neighbors where to get better filters for less

Unless you're willing to wait and wait and wait....... I would recommend that you get your filters from a different supplier. Ordered 6 each of 2 sizes on July 10th. I did not receive them until today, August 16th! Their website states that; "Standard size air filters ship within 3 business days." (They also state that a tracking number will be emailed when the order ships.) The ones I ordered were standard size. On July 17th, I called to check order status and their rep said that my order had been delayed and should ship in 4 to 6 business days. (They sent an email to that effect also.) Still... no filters arrived. On August 6th, I sent an email to the company stating the above facts and asking them to either send the filters immediately or refund my money. Their response was that the filters should ship before Friday and that an email with tracking number would be sent at that time. They did ship, but no tracking number was sent. Finally arrived today. That's a total of 36 days from time of order!! And so, NO...... I do not recommend this company. They can't be depended on to do what they state on their website.

Ordered filters on 8/3/18. Order placement was for a very difficult size (19 7/8 x 21 3/8). Home Depot and Amazon could Not fill the order due to unique size. Filters were delivered 8/16/18. Just replaced the filter. Fits perfect. Order was placed within 8 business days for a unique size. Outstanding order fulfillment. Will place an order in the future. Bravo Zulu factory direct filters!

A totally unreliable company. They DO NOT respond to telephone inquiries (IF you can even get anyone to answer) - internet site tracking doesn't exist. Owner has DISABLED the ability to rate them on site (due to poor reviews). I finally resorted to Home Depot after waiting too long on this terrible company. DO NOT do business with Factory Direct Filters - IF you want to get your filter - ever.

10 days after ordering, filters still never showed as left warehouse so I called. They said 4-6 more business days before shipping. Checked back and still not shipped. Finally showed as shipped 16 days after ordered. FedEx tracking gives it another 10 days to arrive. Seriously???? Will NEVER use this company again! I could have bought filters locally.
