I purchased Encrypted for adults, my husband was not convinced that it would be as funny as some of the adverts on Facebook but trust me, it was hilarious, made us belly laugh. Great fun.
So much fun, we laughed so much my face ached and I had tears streaming down my face. So frustrating when everyone can hear what you're saying and you can't!

Absolute fantastic service
I was a little dubious knowing I was ordering through FB as I’ve been caught out doing this previously. After reading the reviews on here I decided to give it a go, I was proved wrong with my FB concerns.
Absolute fantastic service. Ordered on 17th December and arrived on 19th December….. outer package was a little battered but the game was in perfect condition. I cannot complain about the service whatsoever. A very good experience!

Great communication.
I ordered this and when it hadn't arrived after 7 working days. I contacted them and Lewis sent a response explaining its a busy time but will receive the game. A few days later it hadn't arrived so I contacted them again and they apologised for the delay and sent a new game which arrived today. Look forward to playing with the family at Christmas and other get togethers.

Edit - I have changed my rating to 5 stars. Factory of games has since sorted my query very quickly since posting my review and sent me a new game. Hopefully I’ll receive it soon. I appreciate your response.

Ordered encrypted game, got confirmation that it was sent by Royal Mail on 5th dec. Royal mail have said they have not received it, I haven’t received it and money was taken. I have emailed to enquire but have not had any response. Would like it resent or a refund.

I placed an order on the UK website yesterday as always a little dubious about Insta & FB sales. Money has already left my account but I have had no order acknowledgment or confirmation.

Encrypted game ordered. Message received stating payment couldn’t be verified. Nevertheless, money taken from my account and no order confirmation received. Appears to be no way of contacting other than by post. Left wondering what happens next? and will I ever see my money again!

It sounds like the payment may not have gone through fully, and the charge showing on your account could be a temporary authorisation hold placed by your bank. These usually clear up on their own within a few days if the payment fails to process.
If the funds haven’t been released back to your account within 3-5 working days, please don’t hesitate to reach out, and we’ll look into this further for you. It should be a lot sooner than this though. A support email address is clearly listed on our site, Support@FactoryOfGames.co.uk.

Replacement delivered - Happy customer
Original order was made on 4th December. I was still waiting 10 days later. Despite being shipped it never arrived, but that’s RoyalMail for you!
Zac from FactoryofGames reached out and sent a replacement which arrived a couple of days later. Looking forward to having a few giggles over Christmas with this!
