Such a unique, great experience !!!
Forget the traditional “definition” of luxury: no air conditioned, no room services, no plenty of people surrounding you to ask whether you need something … no!
At Fafarua we explored a totally new dimension of luxury: the whole beautiful environment, the motu and the surrounding areas were just there for us (and only us!), to be explored at our pace, at any moment, without interactions.
The luxury sounds who accompanied us were the soft wind over the coconut palm trees, the lapping of the waves gently touching the shore … the amazing soft while incessant sound of hermit crabs' legs gnawing on coconuts … and the music we love, if and when we wanted it! No other sounds, voices, music or noise produced by anybody else!
On top of this paradisiac environment, we have been gently accompanied by two outstanding hosts: the perfect and discreet organization set by Patrick, the delicious delicacies cooked by Eva, and the wide culture of Patrick, giving the opportunity of several interesting exchanges about French Polynesia as well as many other topics.
Our days were opening and closing by snorkeling cross a wonderful coral garden between two motus, surrounded by an impressive and multicolor marine life; then, each morning we were enjoying a different place or activity chosen by us, having intimate lunch in the shade of a tree, with a beautiful view on the sea; the afternoon being free for us to explore the motus, the boundaries towards the ocean, the wonderful sea and the corals, and capture all the beautiful colors at the sunset, in complete intimate environment!
We hope to have the opportunity in the future to meet again Patrick and Eva, and enjoy again this remote and intimate Paradise!
