Order two jerseys. Waited sometime but eventually received a tracking number. Package ended up being sent back to company due to a wrong address. I have lived in my home for 20 years the address was correct. Reached out to them and they said give them the correct address and they will send it out. Never received a new tracking number. I ask for refund if my items are not coming. Still haven't heard back.

Took a chance and ordered an item despite the red flags. I eventually received a notice that my item had shipped with a USPS tracking number. No movement from USPS on the item for about 2 weeks. I emailed and asked for an update. I was told the package had been lost. An offer was made to re-send it, I said I wanted a refund instead. "Ok no problem" was the last reply from them on March 4, 2025. They have not responded to multiple emails or text messages since. Do NOT ignore the red flags, buy elsewhere.

UPDATE: I disputed the charge through my credit card vendor on March 12. Later that evening, magically, I finally received a refund from Fagaz.

We ordered a football jersey for my son and although it was shipped in a reasonable amount of time it was poor quality with many loose threads and seams coming apart. Unfortunately when I received it looked ok through the packaged so I wrapped it and sent to my son for a gift by the time he opened it it was past their 30 return window.

Fake site Never received my order this is a fake site. Trust me when I say I am a shopaholic. This is a fake site. The number they have on the page is fake. I have reached out to This company multiple times. When I finally talked to someone, he told me my order has to be made. That means that the jerseys are not authentic they have no authentication center. And I still haven’t received my order. I ordered back in October. I would never shop here again, so disappointed. I still haven’t received a call back or email nothing they just took my money and ran with it I don’t even wanna give them one star, but it made me sad to say yes that was my son’s birthday outfit his birthday landed on Thanksgiving I ordered a month in advance still nothing I will be reporting them to the BBB
