Causing my elderly father huge distress…

Causing my elderly father huge distress by sending continuous emails. Did not call me back to resolve the issue when I informed them I am his power of attorney and he does not have the capacity and understanding to sign anything , had to call again 2 weeks later to again ask them to stop emailing my father so I can resolve the issue.
Really poor. Avoid.

Cancellation Request Ignored

Communication was good up until I have asked to cancel before my 14 day cooling off period to avoid being charged. I've emailed twice and called once and the person on the phone said they cannot deal with cancellations on the phone. Weird? I've now emailed again and still had no response and it says they reply within 5-10 days which I think has now been longer....

Good Afternoon Maria,

We're sorry you felt the need to leave a negative review.

I can see that you sent us 4 emails regarding cancelling between the 19th and 21st January. You should have received an auto response to each of your emails advising that due to a high volume of enquiries, we will respond within 5-10 working days.

You also called us on Wednesday 21st January and spoke with one of our agents who advised you that they would escalate your request to their Supervisor and you would receive a response within 4-5days.

We actioned your request and emailed you today to confirm that your agreement with us has been terminated.

We trust that this has resolved any concerns, however, if you would like to speak with us further, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Started just to see if I qualified at all within no time at all they got back to me with 6 potential claims.
