Not even 1 is given, it is a fraudulent company, do not buy anything. After taking the money, they closed their website and emails.

FairhavenLondon is a fraudulent company. I paid £25.99 for an item, never received it and when I emailed them it bounced back.
Websites like Facebook etc should remove it completely.

They are fraudsters, let them refund my money

complete SCAM do not trust, they took the money for the cat litter box, never received it, never replied to my email, then seen their website had been taken down.

Received a card to say my order was cancelled and refunded.no refund no communication. They will just ignore you.
Card delivered by Amazon who don't want to know they are part of a scam.

SCAM - Ordered a kitty litter box thinking I'd bagged a bargain, money taken from account and no item delivered. No response to queries on their website under contact us just radio silence and no refund. DO NOT TRUST!

I found their ad on IG and thought it was a good bargain. I placed an order, but after over a week of the item still being in transit, I realised this might actually be a scam. They never respond to emails and on their website they claim to have 4.5 trustpilot rating. And the icing on the cake, I found the exact product I purchased from them at a higher price on a legit website. Clearly, their MO is to pretend to sell at a cheaper/discounted rate and scam people out of their hard-earned money.

Looks like a scam, super cheap prices, state they're 4.5 stars on Trust Pilot. Clearly that's not the case.
