Very pleased
Got two boxes of panels to do my sitting room and they look amazing. Would highly recommend this company especially as it's a small family business. Very happy with the service so far and plan to order more as we are doing small renovations. Very affordable!!

The wall panels came on time but…
The wall panels came on time but packaged poorly and one broke badly. They offered to replace it but where it was damaged was ok as I was able to cut it out and still use it. Good to be offered a new panel anyway.

Honestly very disappointed and really wouldn’t encourage anyone to purchase from this business. I have ordered a kitchen table and chairs which arrived 22nd May. To cut a long story short there seemed to have been a manufacturing issue with the grooves on the table leg which caused the leg to be about a cm short when in place, leaving the table unstable. I called the lads 20 minutes after delivering and they assured me someone would be up Wednesday 27th May with a new table stand after me having to pester them after being ignored. I also had to send a video of the table in different rooms as I was told first my floors were at fault. I was then told I inserted it incorrectly when it is very simple to do. Wednesday comes and no sign no communication. Thursday I reached out to be told plans have changed and the delivery lads will be up to me on Saturday. That Saturday, 30th May comes to be told that they do not work on a bank holiday. I asked Lloyd for for an exact day and time and I have been ignored. I asked Catherine to arrange a refund and I have also been ignored. We ended up having to go to a metal fabricator which is a joke considering how much was paid for the set. I can see by other negative reviews others have issues with customer service and communication. Complete time wasters.
Just a response to below reply. It was purchased from your company 100 percent via WhatsApp. The company name and logo is on the profile picture and I have all the screenshots. I have popped you a message, please check DMs.

Brilliant Service and Quality!!!
We ordered our bed Wednesday afternoon. Thursday evening I received a lovely text to ask if I was alright to accept delivery the very next day. The customer service is 10/10. They pushed my delivery back until myself and my partner finished work. It was delivered on the Friday afternoon and the courier was just as polite as the staff. The bed came wrapped for protection and easy to put together. The material and the mattress are perfect. I highly recommend this company to everyone!!!!!!

We got the acoustic panels for our kitchen and the quality of the product was great. It all arrived within a week of ordering. The price is unbeaten anywhere so for the quality of product and service we would highly recommend these guys

Genuinely the worst customer service i…
Genuinely the worst customer service i have ever had in my life, i bought panels online after speaking with staff on a agreement of delivery on Friday or Saturday as i said i needed them quick. They said no problem but let me down, they then promised me Monday only to send a text on Sunday evening saying our driver is in A&E (did offer a refund) or could guarantee delivery Thursday or Friday, once again third time i was let down as nothing came Friday. I phoned Catherine (i think) and told her this is a joke, yous promised me delivery 3 times "she said i just spoke with our driver i can guarantee delivery on Sunday" its now nearly 8 o clock on Sunday and no delivery. I cant believe how bad the customer service is. I now have to cancel my carpenter for a second time as he was due again tomorrow. Would highly recommend avoiding this place

While our standard delivery timeframe is within 10 working days from the date of order (May 14th), we appreciate that you had hoped to receive your panels sooner and we regret that we were unable to meet the delivery arrangements discussed.
Throughout this process, we did our best to communicate updates and refund options when delays arose. We understand the inconvenience this caused, particularly with arrangements you had made around installation, and we sincerely apologise for that.
Following your contact with us today, a full refund has now been processed. While we understand this does not change your experience, we wanted to ensure this matter was resolved promptly.
Customer service is very important to us, and we are disappointed to hear that we fell short of expectations on this occasion.

The best priced panels and furniture in Ireland 🇮🇪
***Update! Delivery went fantastically well. Very quick delivery. I only had to screw in the legs on the tables and benches. They are so beautiful. Thank you so much! I am now ordering my balcony outdoor panelling for my balcony wall and ground decking!!
I have looked around almost every shop in the country for the kind of panelling ( indoor/ outdoor and all beautiful furniture that almost seemed too good to be true. The prices are absolutely the cheapest I have seen across this country. There furniture pieces dining table and chairs are unbelievably priced!! I was buying the exact table with the 4 chairs no different , not a piece different, they were the exact products and for the same table and 4 chairs with Fairmont Interiors ( Panel Outlet Ireland) was less than half the price!!! They have stunning tables and chairs been sold off at €199 marble Louis table and lions head knocker back chairs at €75!! There panelling is the best 👌. Outdoor i would love. The prices are unreal. I am waiting now on my delivery of gold console table and side table. Also bought the stunning benches for the bedrooms. At €99 how can you pass these!! Looking forward to my new pieces, I will update my review on how the delivery process goes.....
