The “Shake” was nothing short of “Fair”!

🏆FairShake was very trustworthy and dependable from the beginning until the completion of my claim. I am very grateful to have had FairShake navigate me to a successful settlement. The extremely massive company I notified them about attempted to disregard their own negligence, and forfeit their very own contract regulations. Undoubtedly FairShake successfully assisted me in bringing the problem to forefront… which ultimately caused the company in question to maneuver in a more considerable and respectful manner. At the end I was able to get the results I thoroughly sought after. Everyone get your own lawyer Fairshake is scam they don't help you they give you the perception all the way up to the AAA then the screw you like I gotten screw someone from Verizon wireless stole my identity one of its workers in one of the stores in NY let someone come in and get a phone on my account without asking for any identity

They took care of my business and they took care of it very very fast without any explanation or hesitation you can trust the fair shake for your personal matters with these phone companies or anything they will take care of you thank God for fair shake because the people that I was dealing with was very ugly to me and did not want to compensate me for nothing but fair shake did thank you appreciate it

Very smooth process

FairShake made the process of dealing with Venmo and getting my account access back so much easier. I was badly scammed over Thanksgiving by someone on social media and thought I was paying a friend’s friend on Venmo. The scammer hacked my friend’s Instagram account and pretended to be her through the chat. When I realized I had been scammed, I called my bank and cancelled the pending Venmo payment before it went through. Venmo contacted me several days later, saying I owed them the full amount and my account was frozen until I paid them. I explained the situation and tried to bargain with Venmo multiple times but they had a “sorry, that sucks” attitude. I did some research and found FairShake and decided to give them a try. I submitted my claim and they did all the work. Couple months later, I had my full settlement offer completed. Plus, 20% fee of your settlement offer is honestly not bad cost-wise, considering how high legal personnel fees can be most times. I am very happy with how smooth the whole process was overall.

it's legit it's true don't hesitate

it's legit. i was skeptical but they came thru. use your credit card to pay their cut so you're covered if you think it's a scam. they went after a wrong caused by t mobil and i got satisfaction, i got paid.

Excellent service

Excellent service! It was fast, safe, and very precise. For months (4 months) I was dealing with charges of a closed and cancel line in account with big US internet/phone cable company, Fairshake service helped jump all the loops, and get the communication straight to the place where this was able to been reviewed and cleared. Very worth going trough Fairshake, with no energy nor time wasted, providing me with peace and ease placing an small claim, and providing very precise results. Adding to this, they have wonderful service and treat their customers with a lot of respect. Thank you.

My experience has been fantastic

My experience has been fantastic. T-Mobile was trying to charge me $685 for a terrible phone. FairShake stepped in and T-Mobile corporate called to personally tell me they would bring the balance to zero. So I saved $625. Very grateful to this team.

For one I am not giving you any money…

For one I am not giving you any money to somebody that I am not talk to and for two T-Mobile owes us money not me all that money there shouldn’t be a bill and it’s already in collections so what the hell are use doing quit scamming people and stop with this or I will get a real lawyer if anybody even deals with you people how could you just think that use our lawyers and you don’t have a phone number .

We do ask for payment at that point, although you can defer the charge for 30 days (or more, if the company doesn't complete the settlement by then). Very positive experience. FairShake helped end an unwanted, toxic partnership with T-mobile. I would definitely recommend FairShake to help with dishonest practices in business.

Don’t trust the “supposed” verdict or them

With all the bad reviews about not getting the settlement money, I understand why they actually charge their fee before you can see that money.
The option to pay only after you get the refund/credit money is not real, they take payment details to use that option and charge you within 30 days - even if you never got your money. So most likely you are going to end up without settlement money and without the money you paid as a fee - not falling for that.
The “turn to us if you did not get your credit” = chase our online bot’s and chase us after we already charged you and will not move a finger as we won’t make more money from you.

Thank you for the feedback. If you want to let us know about your specific situation you can email trustpilot@fairshake.com so the team can look into it.

We certainly want to make sure our customers get the settlement that they are promised. These are binding legal documents that you sign with the company your claim is against. If you fulfill any requirements on your end (which can include an additional tax form, return of equipment, etc) then we 100% want to make sure the company follows through.

Some companies move slow, and so our system waits until a settlement is 60 days old before we give the option to follow up if you haven't received it. While our default delayed charge is 30 days--by which time we hope you've received the settlement--our team will delay the charge further if a user lets us know the settlement hasn't been received.
