I took my friend to Fairweathers for are coffee and cake,we usually have two drinks so we were in there a couple of hours.We bought a couple of things from the shop and asked the lady on the till if we could leave are things on the side as we wanted to look at the plants,luckily she pointed out she saw us arrive and proceeded to tell us you only have ninety minutes to park then you have to register your reg and sign in for another ninety and you will be fined £100
We were totally unaware of this as the last time we went.
Why isn’t this made clearer by Fairweathers.
I am afraid will not be visiting again if we are having to watch the clock while we are eating.

Fairweathers was known for their lovely fresh scones. However today the scones were hard and uncooked in the middle.
They were like scones that had been frozen, and they didn’t taste fresh.

I am genuinely surprised at the comments about good customer care, since my experience was quite the opposite. I found the three staff I encountered to be disinterested and one, quite honestly, a little snappy. The range of plants was excellent, but the attitude made me leave without buying anything.

I ORDERED A GIFT VOUCHER WHICH I NEEDED QUITE QUICKLY AND WAS DELIGHTED TO RECEIVE IT THE NEXT DAY!!

Easy to order the voucher and arrived quickly.

The Garden Website was easy to use.
What I ordered, came the following day and I was able to give the present to the recipient very quickly.
I have used the site before and found they are excellent to buy from.

Went to the garden centre today with my mum. Decided to have a snack in the cafe. So so disappointing decided to have the savoury tea. The Cheese scones were so so dry and the plastic cheese that it was served with was disgusting. No presentation my mum had trouble trying to open the cheese which was tasteless. Come on for the money you charge customers deserve better

Great customer care and healthy plants at the garden centre.
Last night's garden party was well organised with interesting tastings and craft tables. The alpacas were adorable.
A lovely evening meeting other customers and just what we need away from football - not to mention the election!

Went for coffee and a scone with a friend. Very good service and excellent food.
