Customer Service??????
Poor communication. Emailed them for an update on my order after 7 days - no confirmation notice received at point of ordering. Eventually received a reply informing me there had been a delay in delivery. I would now be receiving my order the following Tuesday. No apology offered for the delay. No tracking details supplied.
All in all, a rather disappointing customer service experience and one I’m unlikely to venture into again.

We have looked into your complaint and can can confirm when placing order there was no email left instead a phone number was filled in we sent a confirmation to the mobile number given on 20th Aug @10.54pm. Your email was only added to your order once you submitted your complaint. We opolagise as on this occasion we have not our time frame stated. I can ensure you our team has been briefed and we will implementing ways on improving our customer service. As a gesture of good will we will refund the shipping charges for this order.

Took longer than expected to come and eventually someone message me back to say parcel had been damaged in transit and they would send it again I then got it the next day. I might order again not sure yet as waiting nearly a week not great spes when paying for delivery could do to be bit faster really.

Great seller, the cans arrived in a plain package within 72hrs of me ordering them. I wasn't in when they arrived but they were left in a safe place.

After investigating we can see UPS have damaged your parcel in transit but no correspondence was made to make us aware of this. Delighted with fame drinks😊I just rang up to find out what date I could expect my delivery as it was for a birthday. It would have been delivered in the next few days anyway but they did it out within a few hours to arrive the same day! I do live in the midlands but even so I was really impressed... Very professional indeed. Will be using them again.
