Spotify will delete your song
Spotify will delete your song! I have received a notification from them and they deleted a song. I used the promote Spotify services from Famegrowers in different songs but one was recognized. Also, their customer support is very bad. I never received a response for a couple of questions. Last but not least, they don't have a refund policy. Not recommended at all.
