A Rare experience with personal service!
Recently Jenny made a personal effort to resolve an order I made for my Son's family xmas pjs order. Grandkids grow so fast, found I needed a larger size than I ordered for them. She not only changed order, let me keep the smaller one ( which I gave to my close friend for HER Granddaughter, perfect fit) Jenny followed up until I received it. Personal service is a rare thing nowadays...She saved my family's annual tradition of themed pjs..next yr I'm including their 3 Dogs ! 😆

The best pajama sets ever!!!
I ordered 10 Christmas pajama sets including 1 dog. They are true to their size, custom shirts were perfect, I thought I screwed up my order and they responded right away and help me fix it. The customer service was not even 1 day from responding and fixing my issue. What a way to end my day. Can’t wait to order next year a different style. I recommend Pajamas By Jenny!!!

Amazing company and customer service
Recently found Christmas Pajamas by Jenny online while looking for "Tropical Christmas" PJs for a charity event. Not only were the JPs super cute, but we worked with Jenny directly to ensure that all moms and daughters could get their PJs. Jenny, was very quick to respond to our inquiries and super supportive of our event. I would strongly recommend this company even if it's just for a holiday family photo or larger event.

Anyone looking for matching personalized Christmas PJ’s for their family? I cannot say enough about how great Jenny and her elves handle their orders. Amazing customer service!
When I received my order it was incorrect. I contacted customer service and within an hour they contacted me! They were more than helpful getting order corrected & reshipped immediately! Customer service is absolutely AMAZING! Quality of pjs is much better than I had anticipated. I highly recommend PJs by Jenny! I will definitely order again.

Avoid this company at all costs, I could not return my item due, due to a fault on their form, so my purchase is now having to go in the bin!!!!!!

My original order was out of stock but immediately Jenny reached out with another in stock option.
The reason why I gave a 4 star is because my order did not arrive before Christmas. I understand during the holiday season packages are delayed however they are located in Chatsworth Ca, I assumed delivery wouldn’t be a problem. But the pajamas are made and shipped from Hong Kong. The quality is good and my grandsons loved them!

Fast and comfy
I ordered the pjs pretty close to Christmas. I was amazed that they arrived on time. They are a great material, very soft. I wish choosing the items was a little easier on the website. Choosing from list of each category would be easier than going thru all the pictures. But over all the experience was great.

I had a fantastic experience with this company!! They said if I ordered by December 14th the pajamas would be here in time for Christmas and they were. They even reached out when the original design I picked was going to take longer and asked if I wanted to switch it. They went above and beyond when I asked to add an additional 2 sets of pajamas since my nieces wanted to match also. The pajamas themselves are adorable. I will definitely be ordering from this company again!! Thank you for some great Christmas memories.
