My initial consultation was with Ali. I had been calling around to several firms for initial free consultations and can say that the time, effort and genuine support offered by Ali was outstanding and far exceeded other initial calls.

I'm currently fighting to have more contact with my daughter, it's so stressful and I didn't know what way to turn . I was trying to get legal advice and help,but every law firm I spoke to was asking for so much money, tens of thousands of pounds, thousands I didn't have, I felt so alone and scared that I would never have legal advice and help to guide me through the family courts, it was like being in a dark tunnel with know light ahead . Just as I fought I've got know chance , I rang family law one day and spoke to a man called ali, and I couldn't believe my luck,I fought I'd never find professional help that don't just want to take all your money off you, I could get this professional help for a reasonable amount of money, I remember getting off the phone to ali that day with such hope, all of a sudden there was a light at the end of that tunnel . Family law actually care ,they listen ,and have the arm around the shoulder touch, and I'm so grateful for family law. I'm still fighting for more access with my daughter and still in that tunnel, slowly moving forward towards the light,with family law standing next to me . my case had a week notice and even with little time Jeff and his team work quickly enough that everything was done in time and to an amazing standard. Thanks to Jeff and all his team.

I had an initial phone call with Ali which was fine. I then borrowed money from a friend to pay for Family Law Decisions to complete a C2 application and write my witness Statement. Once my payment was taken (very good at communication at this point) I then heard nothing for about 2 weeks I received a draft of the paperwork on the Friday evening (court was 2pm on the MOnday) I was advised by Christopher he was available on email over the weekend. I replied that evening with amendments. I heard nothing until the Sunday. Which then needed more amendments I received the final copy sunday evening Court hearing was next day at 2pm! unfortunately this was submitted too late. The team had been told when the court date was. I then requested another amendement as something the Judge suggested so I emailed Christopher and advised the date I had to re submit it by. I heard nothing until the evening before I had to submit it He had made an amendment I had not requested I then didnt hear anything else. I requested contact as I feel my money was taken incorrcectly as they did not produce this in adequate time

Jeff was amazing. Any questions I had he was there to answer throughout the case and the support on the day of the hearings made it so much easier.
