Both Pleased And Disappointed
Very pleased with the quality of the patio set we ordered. I've never seen anything packed and protected as well as this was. What I wasn't expecting was to have to assemble the table and several of the swivel chairs, but not a deal breaker for me. What I was disappointed about was the "Premier In Home Delivery" option we paid for (but didn't receive). I was told that due to Covid-19 they could not bring anything into my house (which I fully understood) so we made arrangements with Family Leisure to have the patio set delivered to the deck area at the rear of the house.The delivery guy (not guys as advertised) was hesitant about it at first and wanted to drop everything at the garage area, but finally agreed to carry the table to the deck area (for me to assemble). I managed to move the six chairs myself. What really disappointed me was that he also refused the unpacking and debris removal which was part of the "Premier In Home Delivery" option. I was told this required the "White Glove Delivery" option. What I really got was the "Threshold Home Delivery" option which left me with a driveway full of boxes and packing material.

We were as surprised and disappointed as you to read of the failed Premium Delivery service. We confirmed in advance with the contracted delivery service that the COVID modification affected only delivery/installs within the home. They assured us of two men, and set-up on your deck. I sincerely apologize for this inconvenience for you. We would like to make a gesture of good customer service to resolve any issues you may feel with Family Leisure. I literally get my own parking spot at lowes. and when I called in I got an attitude.
