No idea how this company got access to my bank account. Even if you inadvertently click on a subscription they still need your bank details. They clearly had these some how and I have no idea how. I emailed their customer service to cancel but they took a second amount of money. Got the bank involved and eventually got some money back. As previous reviews have said be careful when browsing. One click sign up should be illegal

It is a fraud I do not understand how these companies are not blocked and because nobody is judged in these companies that unfair

Seit 2022 besteht eine Button-Pflicht für Online-Anbieter, dass ein Kündigungsbutton auf der Webseite platziert sein muss. Dieser oder etwaige Links funktionieren nicht oder sind nicht vorhanden.

A scam. Be careful and avoid.
These people sign you up on one cleverly placed page where
you can easily mistakenly sign up. Then they are straight onto you, taking your money, doing everything to stop you cancelling ( Cypriot phone number that tells you to email an address that doesn't exist). If you see a pop up for them close it carefully.

Habe daraufhin sofort meine Bank angerufen und meine Kreditkarte wurde gesperrt.
Ich bekomme jetzt eine neue Kreditkarte zugeschickt.

Rather a confusing sign up procedure - thought I was signing up for football subscription (which is what I searched for). However, their customer service were very understanding and refunded me without delay.

No idea who these scammers are! I certainly didn't intentionally sign up for this service and now whenever I try to contact them they ignore my requests to cancel, bank is now involved and has frozen my account to stop them from stealing anymore more money

I wanted help with my subscription and I contacted the customer support team and they helped with my issue immediately. Well done.

I don’t know who these people are or how they even got my details to charge me a 1p trial. I was crocheting, my son was asleep and my husband was on the phone to his parents when the bank notification and subscription email came through. I cancelled immediately because I have never heard of these people, let alone subscribed. We don’t need any further streaming services as we pretty much have them all. If they try and take the £29.50 I will be seeking a recharge with the bank.

Showed up in my creek while looking for some information and had to accept them in order to be able to carry on.
Tried the beginning of one or two movies: awful, scary, low quality, morbid.
Couldn’t cancel subscription as it doesn’t show on my phone at all!
Now they’ve been trying to scam me by intending to collect from my bank account a quantity that had never been shown to me or approved by me.
Scammers! Worst of all can’t cancel or unsubscribe ! Beware of them !

Grade nach dem Kauf von E-Tickets Dann heißt es plötzlich 0,01Euro für einen Tag, danach 49Euro pro Monat. Da die Widerspruchsbekehrungen eteas eigenartig ausfallen, mit etwas Pech auch west sichtbar sind auf de Seite erscheinen, auf der man sich einloggen soll. Es sind verschiedene Vertriebswege, über welche familynow.club “verkauft” wird. In jedem Fall sofort widersprechen. Und wenn möglich Kreditkarte vorübergehend sperren

My experience was very similar to the majority of reviews pointing to a hard-faced, devious, sneaky SCAM. I was alerted to this by my Bank who must have known that this "Company" was already known to be fraudulent. I have no idea what action I took to fall into their net and understand entirely how they managed to trick everyone quoted here. How can it still be advertised as legitimate elsewhere on other Scam Detection sites? More skullduggery?

Stop conning people when n account has been set up

Absolute scam.Luckily,I contacted my bank and they stopped the first £29.50 payment from leaving my account.

I feel I have been well & truly conned and tricked into subscribing to this company, just like others here have been.
I had bought a new projector and when going through the complex on-line set up procedure I was confronted with a screen from this company which prevented me from continuing the set-up until I agreed to pay them 1 penny, I did agree to this because I presumed this was to verify that I had a google account if I needed to purchase any services later on. It certainly wasn't clear that I had signed up for a £29.50 subscription which they have taken from my bank today. I've just reviewed their content, all poor third rate videos costing more than twice as much as a Netflix subscription.
I pride myself that in the thirty years using the internet I've never been scammed, until now, I feel so ashamed and annoyed that I have been legally conned out of nearly thirty pounds by a so called legitimate company, money I can hardly afford.
But I have to hand it to them, they've set up an ingenious scam supported and aided by more trusted companies.

I was given a bar code to scan by #Matalan thinking I was registering my Matalan card, but what the barcode was doing was signing me up to a subscription with family now who have taken 2 payments out of my account. Not happy with Matalan. Can't get in touch with the number given to cancel the payment going out monthly. 😟😟😟
