Messed up my order and explained to me that they would correct the issue immediately and I have not heard from this company that my situation was corrected in 3+ days now.

La experiencia del alojamiento de mi hija , estudiante de 23 años con una familia irlandesa en Dublín hace poco más de un mes no ha sido lo esperado y prometido.
Por incompatibilidad con la señora de la casa tuvo que verse fuera de la casa con las maletas y tener que buscarse por sus propios medios donde alojarse.
La devolución monetaria por incumplimiento de esa semana ha sido una tarea ardua .No ha encontrado ningún apoyo en Famworld, al contrario solo se ha tenido en cuenta la opinión de la señora y lo que ella ha querido contarles sin tener en cuenta al estudiante que está fuera de su país y desvalido ante un idioma que no conoce bien para expresarse.
Está familia no es apta para alojar a un estudiante.

We are grateful for the support provided. The Fam world staff were communicative, and handled logistics efficiently. It made the transition smooth and stress-free. The team were very responsive to emails and questions, which helped ease the initial transition. The steps for matching with a host family were well-organised and easy to follow. We would highly recommend fam world. We really enjoyed hosting with them.

Dealing with Famworld made the experience easy for us for our first hosting with them. They worked professionally at all times. They kept in touch with us and kept us up to date with everything. Always contactable & friendly.

Famworld is definitely the best international student hosting provider in Ireland. They really appreciate and look after their students and host families. Communication is second to none especially from Rohan who is an absolute gentleman. Nothing is ever too much trouble for him. He goes above and beyond for the students and the host families.
The host families are very well vetted and our homes are always visited to ensure that they are safe, secure, clean and comfortable for the guests.
The students and leaders are always lovely, well behaved, mannerly and polite.
I would have no hesitation in sending my children on an international trip with Famworld.
If you are considering joining Famworld as a host I would highly encourage you to do so.

Famworld is a very well run company. I couldn't fault them ,very organised with everything .It has been my first time to host from them .I have hosted from many other schools but would say Famworld come out best 10/10 .The app is a great thing .

Famworld is by far one of the better international student hosting providers in Ireland imo. Great communicators, professional and very fair to deal with!

We have only taken a few students so far but each student has been really nice and respectful and a pleasure to host.

I was hosted in John and Giovanna's family home and I must say that it was a totally positive experience. From the first moment I felt welcomed with great kindness and warmth. John and Giovanna were always attentive, available and ready to meet any need. The environment was very clean and cared for in the smallest details, you could really feel the commitment and love with which they manage everything. I was completely satisfied and grateful for this experience. I highly recommend this family home.
