Uso esta app desde hace años y siempre ha ido bien hasta esta vez. Pagué el envío hace 15 días y todavía no tengo noticias. Una vez me contestó atención al cliente y me dijo que tenía que esperar porque son de 7 a 10 días, pero ahora ya no contesta nadie.

Great app, terrible customer service

They never respond to emails or concerns. And this is a company that has a vault and holds people's assets. They have zero customer support. Been 4 weeks and still not a reply. Imagine what will happen in the case of an emergency.

after 10k in spend, they sent items to the vault, then never sent it to me, then suspended my account, blocked and returned the shipments to them, and never refunded me.... they have NO phone numbers

This is crazy... wild, please someone do a class action lawsuit.

These people are criminals. I just wish I saw the ratings on Trust P before I made my purchaee.

Have reached out to all emails, chat bots and not received a response yet after 5 business days. They also have no number to call so thats fun and claim the order number they emailed me isn't valid. All info on website is false advertisement as times for shipping are not even close.

Someone purchased a MJ from me over a week ago. I have yet to recover the money or an explanation from FC as to what’s going on and if I’m getting my money back. I feel ripped off and have no idea what’s going on despite reaching out numerous times.

Did not ship 1 of the cards in my order. I couldn't receive any help and there is no phone number to reach them. What a scam!

Horrible experience avoid this place! Needed help with account as it had gotten banned for no reason and no one helped!

Customer service, especially the timelines getting worse.
They inconsistently place accounts in delinquency, sometimes well within their own buying timelines.
However, they themselves follow no timelines and there isn’t a single policy on their site that they hold to, go ahead check any.
Everything getting slower, shipping a card takes over a month. If they weren’t tethered to the larger fanatics brand they’d be long gone. Terrible.

I have order thousands of dollars of cards on Fanaticscollect.com, and the customer service and delivery have gotten worse and worse. You literally need to wait 3 or more weeks to get your cards and when they choose to send them, it is through the slowest possible service, even though shipping is quite expensive for the more expensive cards.

They keep closing accounts for no reason, after i spent 20 grand over time, what is wrong with this brand? dont sell here!

I used "buy now" option to buy a BGS card with shipping from USA to Poland. It arrived within a week. Despite all other negative comments I had a great experience.

These guys had a promotion with CGC to vault graded cards for free. Your first three submissions to they're vault would be free and would not be charged for vault. Sounded so good I sent a bunch of cards in. As soon as I saw them received I tried their auction. Mistake number 1. All my cards were sold for the lowest values possible. I will never use them for auctions again. Stick with eBay.

This site is super shady and not professional at all. I would avoid buying anything from them. I found a card I have been looking for up for auction on their site. I won the auction and paid for the item and then a few hours later they cancel my order after already charging my card. Then they put the card back up for auction at a higher price. This is by far the the most unfair and shady card trading site I have seen. I still haven't been fully refunded from winning the auction and they are already trying to sell the card I won fair and square to someone else at a higher price.

My order has mysteriously disappeared and their customer service keeps putting it "under investigation". NO help or resolutions and its been 10 days. This was supposed to have been shipped in 3-5 days and they can't even tell me when ill know what happened to the order. Avoid this website, do not buy!!
