I own both the Abigail Travel Mirror and the Taylor Compact Mirror. Both products are very well built and the lighting is great. It can be dimmed but I like that it gets bright enough to use in most areas. However, the best thing about this company is their customer service! I had an issue with my most recent order being held by the shipping company. The customer service team with Fancii was so helpful. They contacted the shipper and straightened everything out. They kept me informed of all the updates until the order arrived. I never had to reach out for an update. I would definitely recommend!

This company really takes care of their customer base. I had delivery issues that were solely the fault of the parcel service. Not only did Fancii take care of the lost items, but they also provided quick and reliable customer service support to resolve any future issues with delivery. THANKS SO MUCH FANCII!!!!

I was worried that I didn’t receive the correct item so I reached out by email late one evening to inquire. I received a response by the next morning and was assured that the rest of my order was shipped separately and that the remaining item was on its way. The mirrors I ordered were beautiful, but the packaging for one of the mirrors was damaged. Since it was meant to be a gift, I emailed customer service and they promptly responded. The rep was very apologetic and assured me she’d make it right. She said she’d send out a replacement right away and that I could keep the one that had been sent. Great customer service…very proactive, efficient, cooperative and professional. Everything went very smoothly. Great experience and I love the mirrors. Thank you Fancii and Faye!

I ordered my first mirror after seeing this company on Good Morning America and I love it! I then had to get my mom a mirror and I had to get a larger mirror. For some reason, I did not notice that my order was shipped separately. I panicked when I didn't see my larger order. I called the company to see where my mirror was and without me even telling them the problem, they emailed me to make sure I knew the other mirror had a separate tracking. WOW! Especially for a small business! Great product and great customer service! It's worth the money!

I absolutely LOVE my mirrors. I have a Taylor LED in Sea Serenity, a Mini Taylor LED in Lovestruck, and the Mila 2 Luxe. The 1x and 10x lighted mirrors are perfect!! The Mila is stunning…everyone needs a little bling in their lives. They have the BEST customer service around!! Super quick to respond, friendly, and truly wonderful to interact with. If you’re thinking about getting one (or more)…take the plunge!!!! You NEED these mirrors in your life. You will NOT be disappointed.

I got the Abigail mirror to use for my longer trips and i poorly packed it, so it cracked. The customer service team went out of their way to help me replace it and save the day!

The MILA II Deluxe compact mirror I ordered exceeded my expectations. The design is beautiful, and even my husband commented on its look and the excellent
lighting!

I also had my eye on one of their vanity mirrors and after seeing the Mila will likely be placing an order for it as well!

I love Fancii products. I am a repeat customer and have had great experience with both quality of product and quality of customer service. A couple years back I ordered a Vera mirror with Lara 10x attachment and a Mila, purse mirror that lights up both sides. I always get compliments on both and cannot even imagine doing my makeup without it. Just recently I bought the 10x travel mirror and a more slim profile mini Taylor to keep in my travel makeup bag. I got an extra mini Taylor for gifting as well.

I did not receive my package and it was confirmed that it was delivered. I contacted Fancil & Co. and was emailed by Angelical who was extremely helpful and made sure I received a replacement. This was excellent customer service.

I ordered and received a mirror. Unfortunately, the packaging was damaged and the mirror had a crack across the middle. I reached out to their customer service and a new mirror arrived. The customer service is fantastic. Thank you.
