Amazing customer support.
My mini had a banner snapped off at delivery, as per their note in the box I send them an email and let them know.
I had a fast response and they replaced the mini free of charge.

Nice , perfect printjob

Print quality was outstanding. Only issues I had was with the scale of the models, the ruler on the website is very misleading even if it is not accurate. The description of models I got both said they were "medium" ingame but one set of the models was notably smaller moreso fitting a "small" or even "tiny" creature ingame. Those were my only issues with the order. Cleanup on the models was needed but not a significant amount aside from a large support on one of them. Will order from fantasyprints again, as the larger model I ordered has been a joy to paint and look at, cant wait to get use it on the table.

PS: I also asked for the models to be express shipped late after my order and though I got no confirmation they were, the models were shipped out the very next day!

Super service, snelle levering. Bestelling met haast na contact binnen no time binnen. Inmiddels ook prachtige, gedetailleerde mini's binnen voor een hele mooie prijs. Bonus: we kregen gratis een aantal misprints meegeleverd, die nog steeds prachtig zijn. Hier gaan we veel plezier van hebben!
