Fabulous bag, the colour and quality are excellent, purchased as a gift so was concerned I hadn’t received the tracking information. I contacted the customer service team and asked for approximate delivery date, who replied promptly and said it was out for delivery, it arrived an hour later.
Within a week of ordering, excellent service.
