I had an awful experience with Travel Air Buzz and would not recommend them to anyone. They don’t honor their prices, which feels like a classic bait-and-switch. When I tried to get answers from customer service, I was met with rudeness and dismissive attitudes. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for them. Save yourself the frustration and book your tickets elsewhere with a company that values honesty and respectful service!"

Ana Baez is the BEST Im west coast she is east coast.
She always makes me feel as if Im the only client. She almost always finds a beter fare. She is EXTREMELY prompt in returning emails.

I had a trip for clients cancelled by the river cruise company last minute. I reached out to Ana from Fare Buzz for help in cancelling and rebooking their air for a different day as an emergency and she was right there for me! I was able to book them a different trip for a couple days later and Ana helped me tremendously!!

Whenever booking just flights or just flights and hotel separate, I almost always go through Fare Buzz. And when I book with you I ALWAYS only work with Elgart. Elgart is the most efficient, most kind and most respectful and professional representative there, and I say that because I have worked with others there and not gotten the same experience. Now I must let you know that when Elgart is not available there are 2 more representatives there that are back ups that I also will work with that pretty much have similar work ethics as Elgart and those 2 would be Dayton and Clinton. However, I prefer to only work with Elgart whenever I work with Fare Buzz!

Have worked with FareBuzz three separate complicated international flights for wife and self. Mr. Scott Kumar is creative, patient, price-conscious and a complete gentleman. When we missed a flight in Dublin last year, Mr. Kumar made heroic - and successful - efforts to rebook us (and with even better connections than our original flight). I can't get hold of them on the phone to make a simple correction to my booking form. I'm in the UK. Can anyone help with a correct number. They all come up as not available.

I booked a one way flight to New Orleans for $111 not even ten minutes later Fare Buzz was calling and saying that price wasn’t right it was $408 and they can give it to me for $298. No, that’s not what you all are advertising on your site. He said it wasn’t up to date. I stated it should be, you all are calling not even ten minutes later so if you all can call that fast your website should be up to date. Just cancel the flight!

I had a terrible experience buying an air ticket from Farebuzzer. I think you should think twice before using their services. Their website shows amazing low prices compared to everyone else. My instincts told me I should not trust something that seems too good to be true, but my bank account make me have no choice. I booked flight tickets for my family after Christmas to the New Year. The booking I received was great; it was with a good airline, not a red-eye flight, and a direct route. After booking and receiving the confirmation, I was over the moon with joy... until I received an email the next day.
In the email, they asked me to call them, but I didn't check my email until after work, so I missed their working hours. I had to postpone calling them until the following day. When I finally called their customer service, I was surprised to speak with a real person right away. However, my joy was short-lived when he informed me that the booking we had placed was sold out. The new price was five times higher than my original one, but they would try to bring it down to three and a half times the original price. To make matters worse, he claimed that the original price I had booked was impossible, and I would have to pay a much higher price to secure tickets.
Now I understand their business strategy; they may only have a very limited number of tickets available at the advertised price, and once you buy them, you fall into their trap. They now have all my information, and our family still doesn't have tickets. Dealing with Farebuzzer was not only frustrating but also time-consuming. They were dismissive of my concerns and refused to provide any meaningful assistance. One piece of advice that the customer service representative gave me was to look elsewhere for cheap prices. I took his advice and purchased our tickets for almost double the original price, but at least I received e-tickets right away.
In the end, unless you want to gamble with your luck or deal with the stress and frustration of Farebuzzer's incompetence and lack of honesty, I strongly advise against using their services. There are plenty of other reputable travel agencies out there that can provide a much better and more reliable experience.

Your website was not really clear when it came to booking the flight for my client on weather or a trip was economy or economy plus, so I almost booked an economy that was very limited. Luckily I caught the mistake after booking because the computer changed the other clients name for some reason to mine and the customer service guy was very helpful in fixing the mistake.
