If I could rate them lower I would they stole 1295.00 dollars from me for a cruise . Don’t give them your hard earned money . They are scammers.,I have reported them to the attorney generals office in their state

This is a scam. They told me they were Royal Carribean calling to get the balance on my cruise which was $1046. I paid them the money but RC emailed me saying i still owed the amount. When i pulled my bank statement it read that my funds went to travelohelp. I called the agency they left me on hold for 20 min then they proceeded to try and get more info from me to try and get more $$ from me. This cruise is a gift for my 15year old daughter. We are living paycheck to paycheck and saved for this trip. I cried so much. I hope my bank could get my $$ back

A complete SCAM!!! THEY ARE FRAUDS!! what a nightmare, trying to get our money back. Liars and cheats. BEWARE!!!!!

Called to have a cruise reservation changed. I got an upgraded room or so I thought. Took 500.00 for the upgrade and never delivered. Called the cruise line and they said they were scammers. Avoid at all cost. They are nothing but thieves. Filed claim with my bank and contacting Michigan Attorney General office.

They are scammers. Someone please forward this message to the local US police. They stole almost $2,000 from me.

I bought two round-trip tickets from San Juan, Puerto Rico, to Punta Cana in February 2025. The same month, from May 5th to 12th. This company informed me that they would send the confirmation and tickets 48 to 24 hours before the flight departure date. I called Frontier Airlines 48 hours in advance, and they informed me that there were no flights in my name for the aforementioned days. Customer service informed me that this travel agency had already scammed many people. Again, the agency emailed me that they would send me the flight ticket the day before the flight. Pure lies, it never arrived. I called the agency to request a refund, and they told me they didn't refund money. Given this situation, I had to file a claim with my bank to request a refund. Again, I bought the ticket directly with the airline, which was more expensive. I had already paid for my hotel reservation.

Please don't be fooled by this company, much less buy through the Jetcost platform.

Super fraudulent company. I thought I was doing the right thing by looking into a company with discounted flights. I was absolutely wrong. I paid for me and my fiancées flight to punta Cana through Jet cost (nothing on there is legit) I was redirected to Travelohelp. I purchased the tickets, but wasn’t charged immediately, a team member reached out and approved the transaction. I didn’t get my tickets right away to my email. I had to constantly call them to get a confirmation number to my frontier flights. The confirmation number wasn’t working at all when I input it in the frontier site to check our flights. I had to constantly bug them to send me my travel tickets. I got fake tickets multiple times. The day before my flight they finally gave me a legitimate confirmation number to check in our flights (well at least a thought). I’m currently at o’hare airport where they told me fraud was placed on my tickets and the company used about 3 different payment methods for the transaction to go through, which none were my original card I paid $1,191 for our tickets for. My hotel was booked. My airline tickets were booked. I lost several amounts of money and it’s my birthday weekend. Please don’t waste your time in 3rd party companies or ones that’s portraying to be one.

This was honestly the best service at first I was having some troubles, and they called and went through it with me so I could understand and help me to fix it and the cheap prices as well. Love the experience!!

The reviews of Travelohelp on this site are ALL phoney reviews, probably submitted by employees. This business is a scam and will turn your booking into a living hell! Avoid getting involved with this company!!!
