Upon careful examination of the attached photo, it's apparent that the remaining steak aligns with the Grade A5 Japanese Wagyu that you acquired.
I apologize that our product did not align with your expectations, and I want to emphasize that customer satisfaction remains our utmost priority. A5 Wagyu is recognized for its abundant marbling, a result of specific Wagyu cattle genetics that lead to a higher intramuscular fat (IMF) percentage. This attribute contributes to the meat's unique tenderness and flavour profile.
I understand that the extensive marbling may not appeal to every palate, but it reflects the distinctive qualities of A5 Wagyu. Additionally, it's noteworthy that our steaks are dispatched at 300 grams, surpassing the 200 grams stated on the website.
Your feedback is important, and I regret that your experience prompted a 1-star review. I assure you that the product delivered aligns with your order specifications, even if it may not have met your taste preferences. Excellent Quality
I ordered a 1.2kg beef fillet for Christmas, this wasn't a weight usually on their website.
I was messaged to say when they had larger fillets in they'd notify me so I could place my order.
This they duley did, with plenty of time for a delivery for Christmas.
Along with a large Capon, the quality and response from our guests was unanimous!
Thank you Farm2table, will definately be shopping with you again : )

Great turkey with a super little thermometer actually in the turkey to tell us when it’s cooked worked like a dream - no dry turkey!
Cooked to perfection lovely fillet of beef too will definitely be ordering again!

3 Bird Xmas Roast
It came a day earlier than request and fell apart once cooked. I was expecting it to carve better considering the £110 price tag.
