Thanks for sharing your feedback with us.

It’s a shame to hear that some of the negative comments here have put you off trying out our service. While it unfortunately has been the case that a few of our customers have experienced slight issues when shopping with us; we will always endeavour to put any problems right by offering a suitable solution for our customers such as substitutions wherever possible. If a delay does occasionally occur please rest assured we will give as much prior notice as possible to reduce any further inconvenience. While we agree the use of plastic is not ideal, it is sometimes necessary to ensure your items reach you in tip top condition. That said, we will always try our best to use as little plastic as possible and encourage our suppliers and producers to do the same. You can also use the plastic free filters on our range to further reduce the amount of plastic used in your order.

The majority of our customers continue to have great experiences with our service, products and values as has hopefully been shown across the positive reviews here.
We would love for you to reconsider trying our service out for yourself so we can get some delicious local produce for you to enjoy and show you what a great convenient service we really are.

Thanks for your review.

It's a shame to hear that you've not always enjoyed the best quality produce from us, our team are always happy to help with any issues you encounter and make sure you're compensated accordingly. With plastic packaging, although we still have some ways to go in having zero plastic, we do have a way on our site and app to filter each category to show only produce with plastic-free packaging. I hope you get to check this out when you're next on our shop.

As for our prices, these reflect the fact that we source organic produce and work with smaller-scale producers. We choose organic because it has lower levels of pesticides and is better for the environment. Many of our products are also sourced from special farms you won’t find anywhere else online. We regularly update our prices to ensure that we offer good value to customers and price match to our nearest competitors.

Hi there,

Thank you for sharing your review. I'm sorry to hear that you felt disappointed by the service you received with your most recent delivery. We have worked hard with our producers over the last few years to reduce the plastic packaging in our range as much as possible. We also have filters available to use, including one for 'plastic-free' items, so customers can shop without worrying about the packaging they'll receive.

As for the availability of items, any issues after you've placed your order will be caused by the supplier not being able to send this to our delivery hub. Any such issues are notified to impacted customers as soon as we're able to share them; we're always looking at ways to make sure that those updates are going out sooner. Your driver should always be checking that an early delivery is acceptable with you before trying, if you're not receiving any communication to get that approval should you decide to give us another try, please let us know.
