Very good service overall.
Some fruits weren’t ripe though.

Great product, super service, but a lot of wanted items out of stock.

Total rip-off, ordered Cornish Gouda as a pressie, from the Dutch family, hard to find. It was important to have this cheese, and it cost me £48

Farmdrop accepted the order, as Cornish Gouda (only 1 supplier remember) then sent gouda from elsewhere, totally fed up.

Then to cap it all, no phone number to call and they use a "bot". Obviously they don't like customers

Excellent friendly delivery service – we've ordered a few times now and have been struck each time by how nice the delivery person has been. The actual items we've had have always been good quality and this time it was nice to see the option of some more money-saving multipacks, which are really handy. Everything is separated neatly into brown paper bags which are then really handy to reuse for things like sorting your recycling out.

Easy to use website, lots of choice, including pasture fed organic meat, flexible delivery times.

My first experience with this Website was a fortnight ago and it was outstanding.

My second was not BUT I have some modest suggestions! This is what happened:

I selected first off the Item that I really wanted of which there were only two in Stock. Then, in order to get up to the minimum Order Amount I trawled the wonderful Website. Additions made, I I went to pay. Then flashed up Incomplete Order and the two items I really wanted had disappeared! So I then cancelled the whole Order……..

SOLUTION? You are given a 10 Minute Reservation Period within which to complete.

Follow up Problem. When do I know that this Item is in Stock again? At the moment I have to keep opening the Website.

SOLUTION? How difficult can it be to send an email to a Customer in this event?

Love the quality of (organic) veg and fruit from Farmdrop. It doesn't compare to (organic) produce from the large supermarket chains (offline and online). Will keep getting my fresh produce from Farmdrop for sure! Wish there were more vegan products (snacks etc.).

My first time with this company. Everything was wonderful. Great quality. Fresh. Delivered very quickly. I shall definitely use them again.

Made a purchase for a second time and always received the highest quality produce and service. I will stay shopping with Farmdrop and would highly recommend it to others!

From terrible staff and customer service to a mess of a website
Found red wine in white wine section, 750ml 70cl and 7 are all terms of size of bottle. Also found lots of the products cheaper on other sites
Management need to re think this idea or find one they can do properly

Mostly a good experience, however a couple of items had mould unfortunately

Order came, 7 out of 14 items were missing. Contacted support, they asked what was missing and then never answered again. I won't be using Farmdrop anymore, I expect to get refunded in advance if they don't even ship half of the things, not to have to go though a whole process

Everything was as described in the website and delivered on time. The fresh mixed mushrooms I ordered were very good and really nicely packed in a cardboard box.

Amazing product (beef bone broth) and customer service.

I have not had a chance to try any of the meat products, but everything looked fresh, good colour and no fatty bits! It was all delivered on time, no wasteful packaging, paper bags and friendly service.

Everything was great. You have excellent produce and are always swift and on time. Love that Freestar beer btw. It goes down a treat!

Excellent delivery from Farmdrop as always - great groceries etc delivered by a super helpful Farmdropper (Sean I think) who even kindly offered to help me with my recycling as he was leaving - above and beyond good service!
I will definitely be ordering again soon and grabbing a Christmas slot I hope. Thanks!

Prices could be better, then I would should more

The order arrived on time and in a paper, not plastic, bag. The produce was excellent, although the fish "box" was expensive and contained non-native salmon. My main concern is that the meat and fish was individually vacuum wrapped in single use plastic. I'm not sure if there is a more sustainable alternative.
