I’m really happy with my order. The delivery was handled at a fast pace and was reliable, and the packaging was good and well-presented. The lingerie is good quality and feels comfortable to wear. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely buy from this website again.

I have spent the past day trying to figure out if this company is even real. My order is still not showing up in the mail tracking after a week, so I am trying to reach their customer service. My emails are only being returned as undeliverable. So I have tried to reach them through their chat- only an AI bot that cannot help me. So I tried on their social media- only bots that cannot help. They all point me back to an email that doesn't work. So I guess that I just wasted nearly 200 USD :|

FASBEE didn’t handle the import duties/tax, and I ended up paying RM120. I also later found out most of the “limited edition” shoes can be found on Shopee too, often cheaper than FASBEE. So I’d recommend checking local online platforms before buying from FASBEE. Delivery was also slow: mine took about 3 weeks to arrive.

This online clothing store is superb nice experience with them. I ordered small jumper and they quickly helped me with correct one within a day. Thumbs 👍 to them….

The clothing I ordered got to me within about 2 weeks after the Black Friday sale in 2022. The quality and color was as described. Looking at the tracking link was really interesting as I could see where my package was as it got to me from Japan!

The shipping cost is very expensive, though, and it looks a little misleading as it says it will ship in 2-6 days. What they mean is that it will ship from the Japanese manufacturer to Fasbee in 2-6 days. It takes another 1-2 weeks to get to you in the US. Also, any discounts they mention do not apply to shipping cost unless it’s specified for shipping cost.

The sizing is also hard to guess. All the clothes that I ordered only came in medium. This is not exclusive to all the clothes they have on the site, though. I am an XS to S but it fits me fine; it’s only a little big in terms of the shirts. The skirts size fine on me. I ordered from Secret Honey, Ank Rouge, and Sons de Mode.

AVOID AT ALL COST! I had the worst online shopping experience of ever with FASBEE. Such a shameful seller, I would give negative points if I could. They provide NO SIZE EXCHANGE or refund unless dispute while they show NO SIZE GUIDE to customers on web site. Customer are on the chopping block once submit an order. I’m with European size 36. Since they did not provide size guide on shoes, I had to find out size converse guide by myself. And I found women Euro size 36 equal to 22 Japanese size. The delivery was late and their courier was not contactable. Worse is the shoes were smaller made. I’ve email CS to request for exchange, the CS refused. Then I requested for refund, the CS didn’t reply in next couple of days. Since I found their policy online for refund have to be within 7 days, so I return the shoes to the sender address AT MY OWN COST. The CS replied like a week later to claim that cause I didn’t sent to the warehouse, they gonna charge me delivery fee between their own sender address and warehouse ?! Which is already ridiculous. Few days later, they claimed that cause I ‘paste’ the invoice break down on the shoe box and they considered that’s a damage, they would only refund 30% or they could ship back the shoes to me ( what’s in their mind ?!) . I am going to report them to the National Consumer Affairs Center of Japan now. Please note that they do not ship to Australia, I believe that’s cause Australia has excellent customer protection law which they trying to avoid. THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU SHOP WITH FASBEE. It’s a rip-off indeed.

This online shopping website is trustworthy and fantastic!

I just placed an order before Japan Post made a notice that all the EMS delivery to the UK would be suspended. When I got to know this I was thinking "Well... it's probably that I will have my whole order cancelled", since this website claims that all the orders are sent by Japan Post.

And the status kept being "awaiting shipment" for one week or two. I happened to be on a trip during that time so I wasn't keeping an eye on it. But on the day when I was back I received a call from DHL saying that I have a shipment imported from Japan. I was soooo relieved!! So in total it just took around 2-3 weeks to get my order delivered and I have all the selected 10 items packed with care (maximum 10 items per order)

Fasbee is really brilliant for shopping clothes from some of my favourite Japanese brands I couldn't even find on Buyee

fast and save delivery. Clothes are BEAUTIFUL i am happy!!!
