Had my roof and house done last week amazing price job was done to a high standard the lads who came were very professional cleaned up afterwards and took all waste away would recomend them

Had mine done ,wasn’t happy but they came back and put things right no problem

Be very careful when dealing with this company. I paid for the removal and replacement of old fascias with additional specifications that were in turn not provided. Later inspections revealed that they had capped the old fascias despite me paying an additional £800 for this work. I have spent the last 18 months trying to get some rectification. Communications with the company are poor and you will be lucky to get responses beyond empty promises for rectification of issues making the 5 year warranty pointless. As someone else has said, the owner of the company bounces around changing the naming of the company and registered addresses making it difficult to make contact. They have also closed down their social media operation. I have a CCJ raised against the company but the letter was returned to me from their registered address making it difficult to track down the owner. My recommendation is to stay well clear.

Updated Oct 26 - The owner contacted me acknowledging that they had not addressed any of the issues that I had raised with the company and offered a settlement plan in line with the CCJ raised against them on the premise that I removed this review after the first installment (but that it could be published if payments were not completed).

Unfortunately, reliability and trust is lacking and the company owner is quite happy to be dismissive of court judgements as well as customers with no follow up on the promise of the resettlement payments over 5 weeks later.

I will update this review once more if anything changes but as I said earlier, I would proceed with caution.

sent photos of a couple of problems said they would book it in to get sorted now don’t reply to message stay well clear. I have given them time plenty of time to come and repair the problem but nothing. The company came back today 04/09/2026 to resolve the the issues and apologised for the time it has taken to come back

An absolutely cowboy outfit, sent kids to do a man's job, I got a price to remove the soffit and fascia boards, remove the cast iron guttering , when I arrived home they had cladded over the existing fascia and soffit boards, smashed the cast iron guttering off and smashed the neighbours guttering aswell,I confronted them they rang there boss,they bodged up some plastic guttering with no down pipes then quickly packed up and drove off, leaving ladders and tools behind, unable to walk as I've got a pot on so couldn't do much about it, I've been totally blocked by them on Facebook
PEOPLE NEED TO SPREAD THE WORD ON FACEBOOK AND OTHER MEDIA SITES, AT LEAST THEY GOT NO MONEY, THERE LOSS OF TIME,MATERIALS AND DEISEL

Job was never completed. Was promised new dates to finish the job numerous times and would always get an excuse as to why they were not there on the day. Eventually after weeks of messages I got a replay telling me they would need an extra £800 to what I had already paid to finish the job. I am now left looking for another contractor to finish the work as I refuse to be ripped off by this company again.

Since the installation on 19 March 2026 the facia and guttering has been leaking and overflowing. I first reported this to the company on 30 March and sent a photograph of the leak. On 2 April I sent further videos showing water overflowing from the gutters and seeping through the soffits and wall through to the inside of the house.

I have contacted them several times since (4 April, 7 April, and by phone on 8 April and 11 April and continually to date) but the issue remained unresolved.

Very disappointed with the service. I’ve been waiting over two months for a the work to be redone which I was promised on several occasions just to be let down last minute on the day with an excuse.

After many messages and emails they agreed to refund the full amount within five working days. Again I did not receive the amount until several messages. I can confirm that the company has now refunded the full amount. The financial matter has therefore been fully resolved.

DO NOT USE — drawn in by good facebook reviews but not worth the risk or the price. Damaged new decking putting holes in and scrapes, due to them falling off ladders (no scaffold used) say they will pay then ignore you. Gutter job isn’t even done properly fascia board partially block upstairs window. AVOID!!

Absolutely appalling workmanship, cheap, corner cutting, causing more damage to your property, please stay away, the mess , the destruction they leave behind, please goggle the owners name,

Bad experience with this company. Damage to my property. Extra expenses and poor quality of work. Full of false promises. Would not recommend.

Poor quality job, rectification hard to agree, let down on numerous occasions, and even when they attended work poor. 1 year trying to resolve, many broken promises. Independent inspection has highlighted more issues with the work. Going to court to try get fair compensation
Update: as a result of this I have been contacted and a refund for the original complaint has been received, thank you. My only comment would be to be closer to your teams, from reviews you clearly have some good guys, the ones who did my job were not.

We booked these guys to replace all of our gutters, fascia and soffits after sending them our address and photographs of the house. After looking at the property on google earth they got back to us and we agreed on a price and a date.

A few weeks later we received an email saying that they didn't actually cover our area and that they couldn't do the job.

Think twice about hiring this company - they may just waste your time.

Had work carried out by this company can rate them enough from start to finish the service the price the end product was amazing we got quoted 3x times what this company charged us

Absolute bodge job, had my guttering replaced over a year ago they have left gutter leaking where it joins to neighbours had them back several times to put right but all they did was put more silicone sealant in and left it still pouring water down my outside wall. Now i have damp issues internally and they now ignore my calls / messages.

All I can say is, I wouldn’t recommend
