VIP customers used to be able to return without a charge, not anymore. That unfortunately affected my desire to purchase, and my overall experience.

I loved how the delivery was safe by needing a signature. The item I bought came in it's original box as described. The bag was in the condition it was described in. I would buy again from this company.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent purchase of a vintage classic Chanel bag from Fashionphile and their refusal to accept my return. The item was described as having “discoloration,” which is misleading and fails to accurately disclose a distinct gold stain on the exterior of the Chanel bag. This is not minor wear, it is a permanent defect that should have been clearly identified in the listing.

This lack of transparency feels dishonest and falls short of the standards Fashionphile claims to uphold. As a first-time customer, I expected a trustworthy and accurate representation of the item’s condition. Instead, I felt misled and deceived.

Given both the inaccurate description and the company’s unwillingness to take responsibility, I will not be purchasing from Fashionphile again. I hope sharing this experience helps inform potential customers to proceed with caution.

I absolutely love my order. It came in excellent condition with a certified authentic slip. I would definitely order from them again!

For the most part, I have had great experiences both selling and purchasing from Fashionphile. I purchased a bag from them that was perfect. On the selling side, it took longer than expected to get paid for the items I sold but in the end, it all worked out. While all of the customer service representatives have been helpful, Breanne, stood out as a star who worked diligently with helping me get an issue resolved. She was very kind and went above and beyond, following up until the issue was remedied. Sadly, this is the exception not the norm for customer service these days. I was truly impressed and will definitely buy and sell with Fashionphile in the future.
