They make a horrible product which is not close to being a super clone. This company became extremely hostile when I attempted to return their junk watches and I'm grateful to have used paypal to protect my purchase. Buyers beware of these scammers.

THE WATCH STOPPED WORKING AFTER THREE DAYS, NO RESPONE FROM SENDER

Ordered 24th October.
Been shipped apparently.
No further details as to where my watch is. Paid for express delivery also.
Been nearly a month and nothing.

Purchased on the 10th of September, for an IWC Big Pilot’s Watch Heritage IW501004 Black Dial in Titanium.

Although quite stunning, my timepiece arrived on September 22nd in a clear Ziplock-style bag, rather than in a box with accompanying documents.

The timepiece (IWC) looked incredible on my wrist, but after fully winding it multiple times (25th, 27th, and 30th of Sept), I noticed that within less than 36 hours, my watch stopped. Since this had a 7-day power reserve dial, I knew something was wrong.

I began contacting Fasswatch customer service on October 1st via email. I did not receive a response, so I decided to use their own customer service link, located on their website, on October 3rd. That link did not work. Feeling pretty frustrated, I used (as per the instructions on their site) both their WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger on October 7th, and yup, you guessed it... No response.

I should have paid attention to the multiple negative reviews, but I did not.

So, to sum it up, I have filed a dispute with my credit card company. Although it does look visually stunning, it appears that I was misled into believing the information advertised and clearly did NOT receive what I paid for.

I am very disappointed.

The watch looks cheap. It was shipped in a clear ziplock style bag and not in a box with documents as stated on the Instagram post. The email does not work. No answer on the telephone. I have now read so many negative reviews, I wish I had taken the time to do this. I spent 239.00 USD for a watch I could have bought for 20.00 USD. So disappointed. This company appears to be a fraud. I will be contacting my credit card company to dispute this. I did not receive what I paid for.

This by far was the worst crap ever and I'm being nice with the word crap. I dont even know how your company fasswatch is in business. I will post pics of this trash you guys sent. I want all money back asap.. plus anyone else whom may of purchased from your site. I'm going to share pics of this crap.

BUYER BEWARE! Never shipped watch. Always had excuses as to why they hadn’t shipped. Then said they had shipped. Sent a video of the watch with wrong strap. I messaged and said it was the wrong strap, they said they would mail the correct one out separately. Days went by. Still no tracking number. Asked again. They said ‘federal agents intercepted the watch’ so they could change the strap. Had to involve PayPal to get refunded my funds. Scam Website. Do not buy

I received my watch faster than expected, it came in a very nice and secure box. The watch is now my favorite since it exceeds my expectations.
