Great product let down by sub optimal courier
Service & product (printed pencils) was great, not such great service from the courier service (Fedex), who took 3 days to find us.

The pens were delivered quickly
The pens were delivered quickly, they had been packaged well.The printing on them was clear and easy to read.I have had pens from them each year for the club and they are always good.In fact I am amazed how long they last.
