This company were amazing. We called them with an issue and needed pens delivered within 24 hours, they were happy, helpful and did just that! Couldn't reccomend more.

Would 100% order again
We were worried about the quality of the pens so requested some samples. These came out really fast and were all of good quality. We chose FPM200 and have to say we are extremely happy with the whole design and quality and how fast the delivery was. We would order from Fast pens again.

Impressive range of products available
Impressive range of products available. The design process to customise the colour scheme and adding a logo was to easy to follow. The whole prcoess was very straight forward.

Quick, quality pens at low price
Needed a low MOQ of branded pens at a competitive price and fast turnaround - Fast Pens were by far the best on all three fronts! Customer service was very helpful and delivery was as estimated, great service all round.

Product never arrived
The company was unable to fulfill my order because of a technical problem at their end. But they did not tell me about this. Had I known, I would have made alternative arrangements.

Hi Alex,
We’re really sorry your order couldn’t be completed. We know how disappointing that must have been. At the time, our engraving machine was unfortunately out of service, and we had a large yellow message at the top of every page on our website to let customers know:
"Engraved products are temporarily unavailable due to a machine issue. Printed products are unaffected."
When you got in touch, we explained the situation and offered the option to wait or cancel for a full refund. We processed the refund straight away once you chose to cancel.
We truly appreciate your understanding, and sorry again for the inconvenience.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear that your parcel arrived with the box damaged. We always pack the pens securely in a box before placing the box in a paper shipping bag, but it seems the damage happened while it was in transit with the courier.
We’re glad to hear that the pens themselves were not affected, though we completely understand how disappointing it must have been to receive a damaged package. As a gesture of goodwill, we’ve offered you a 10% discount on your next order.

Great facility, high cost
Spent a lot of money buying sample self-designed pens which I decided against ordering in bulk; it's a great facility to offer a chance to design your own pen but cost is high.
