100% recommend! Amazing product and team!
The whole team at fast printed packaging are amazing. The communication from them is so quick and helpful. They make is so easy to upload the images that are needed for your products and the approval process is amazing and seamless.
The products I ordered were 2 styles of boxes and some paper bags. The quality of these are amazing. The images are so clear and the writing I have used is so clear and easy to read as it is printed to such a high quality!

Great quality, great comms, great price.
Ive been using FPP for a couple of months now ordering on behalf of a Client of mine and all I can say is how fab they are. The communication is brilliant, over the phone information before i placed my first order and then via email for proofs, follow ups and more. Sam is very on the ball and great at using her initiative especially when I missed an email!! Thanks so much we are very happy with the quality, communication and cost.

Great quality products and great service
Pros: High quality print, easy to use website, the team reached out to confirm the design and that I was happy with it, I love that kind of service. The boxes are sturdy and well made.
Cons
The delivery did take a little longer than expected (7 days) The packaging it came in was incredibly hard to get into, almost excessively protected but I'd be a lot more annoyed if it came damaged so actually thank you.
What I'd love to see: Different colour of cardboard, ideally I'd like black boxes. Some instructions on making the box, just some arrows on an A4 piece of paper. Even though a child could have worked it out quicker than me, it still took me longer than I'd like to admit to make my first box
Will 100% be using this again, highly recommend.

We do offer faster delivery options from our website which can be selected at the cart, including Priority and Express delivery.

Excellent fast service using the reorder feature. I shopped around for a long time to find myself personalised mailing boxes for my ceramics business. As I am a small business, I found fastprintedboxes to be excellent in terms of pricing and ensuring I was satisfied with designs prior to printing. Highly recomended!

Dreadful service - Avoid!
Dreadful service. Poor quality product compounded by a false "satisfaction guaranteed" statement on their website. The bags I received were badly creased, and the colour did not match the image I was sent. I believe this was due to the lighting in the image so be careful when approving pdf proofs!
Refused to refund or viable solution on this basis and so I returned the items and sourced a far superior quality elsewhere for a fraction of the cost.
Avoid!

Thanks for your review. We’re very sorry to hear that you feel that our Total Satisfaction Guarantee is ‘false’ and our service is 'dreadful'. As a small family business we do have to be cautious and limit where customers change their minds in areas out of our control once we have printed approved artworks. An example of this is wanting to change the colour of the ordered base product because they prefer a slightly tinted version caused by a variance in lighting from a photograph of their printed sample image. We also offer a full physical sample service to avoid customers ordering a white product and then being disappointed that it doesn’t contain a hint of green to satisfy a revised preference. We try our hardest to manage customers’ expectations where we clearly state that our products are pre-manufactured and can have some slight colour variances. We also advise customers to zoom in and check proofs carefully which we clearly advised you to do to (at numerous points) even after also changing your mind with the artwork a number of times at no extra charge from our part. Given that you fully approved the sample after our clear instruction and advice we're not sure how this constitutes a 'dreadful' service because we supplied white bags as ordered but you wanted them with a tint of green after we printed your approved artwork on them. We hope you found what you were looking for with another supplier and thanks for considering Fast-Printed-Packaging for your printed bags.
