Unreliable and difficult.
Very responsive before purchase but then nothing arrived. No help at all. Only lies and messing about. Requests for a refund totally ignored.

I actually bought from New Style London…
I actually bought from New Style London Ltd, but the invoice came up with this company. An excellent service, I ordered late on Sunday and the products were delivered early on Tuesday. Well packaged items, so no damage to fragile stuff. Overall a great experience and I will definitely use again.
