Fast Doll was an awesome experience beginning to end. She listened and ran with my asking cross-stitch and it was everything I wanted in a personalized and special gift for my aunties 80th bday! She even sped up shipping around my travels which was top notch service in my book.
My auntie LOVED it and it’s just such a unique and special way to gift - I will definitely be gifting more from Fast Doll!

I ordered a sweatshirt for my friend’s birthday and it was delivered on time and very nice quality. Impressed with the customer service and replies from the owner.

Ordered early December. No mention of longer lead times on their site. Communication has been spotty since late December when I first requested update. It’s now end of Feb and I’ve requested a refund multiple times. No communication

A fantastic gift! I got each one of my team members at work an embroidered handkerchief and they are perfect. Caroline was quick to respond to my emails, kept me informed every step of the way, and I received the items before our deadline. Do recommend!

Incredible and beautiful work! Was looking to get a bunch of bandanas embroidered for gifts and had a finite deadline. Caroline was fantastic to work with and completely exceeded my expectations, communicating every step of the way and being flexible when I needed to adjust the order. Would not hesitate to order from Fast Doll again!

UPDATE:

Since posting my original review (below), I’ve been in good communication with Caroline, and I’m happy to say things have turned around. I’ve now received two of the three items from my original 2023 order - which is more than fine by me! On top of that, she generously included some extra goodies that are super amazing, plus a custom piece that I am absolutely in love with. It’s clear she put thought and care into making things right, and I really appreciate that.

While the initial experience was frustrating, I’m glad we were able to reconnect and get things sorted out. Thank you again, Caroline - your creativity and kindness really shine through, and I’m grateful for the effort you made to follow through!

I placed an order with Fast Doll almost two years ago and still have nothing to show for it—no merchandise, no refund. Communication is either nonexistent or just a runaround with "Let me check on that for you" responses. At one point, I was even offered a freebie, but that never showed up either. I really wanted to give the benefit of the doubt because the designs are rad, but at this point, it's just frustrating. Buyer beware unless you're purchasing directly from one of her booths in SC.

Zero communication. Zero confirmation of purchase. Tried to contact her via instagram and also her website. My friend also placed an order with her and never received the products. Very unfortunate. Her work looks great and I was really looking forward to them.

My dogs get so many compliments on their custom bandanas! Fast Doll is the best!

Caroline was so great and easy to work with. Even though my first order was small Caroline answered all of my questions quickly, thoroughly and thoughtfully. Quick delivery and fun packaging! I’ll be ordering more FAST DOLL chain-stitched items in the future! Bandana is PERFECT!

“Fast” in name only.

Ive never in my life had such poor service or an order turn into such an odyssey.

After initially contacting Caroline about an item she had listed on etsy, she offered her website as an ordering option. DO NOT ORDER FROM HER SITE! You will be helpless.

I ordered from her site.

I was helpless.

I never received a confirmation or any communication at all. I eventually started messaging her on etsy every month or two and invariably got the same promises and excuses. Over and over. To the point where I suspected I was chatting with a bot.

I finally (surprisingly!) got my order after OVER A YEAR! And I only got it because I ordered something inexpensive through her etsy in order to leave a review.

If you want a nice patch and a hobby for the next year, you have come to the right place.

My jackets turned out so cute! Cannot wait to give them as gifts.

I have several products HANDMADE by Caroline with Fast Doll. I cherish every piece. From shirts, to patches, to tote bags. Each time I see she has a new product I rush to the store to get it! Also she is one of the nicest people I've ever met.
To anyone complaining about how long it takes needs to take a deep breath and understand she is only one person who puts many hours into each piece. Shame some people don't understand how a small business works!

Fast Doll has beautiful, timeless handmade and hand stitched pieces! So much to choose from. I received a personalized, chain stitched bandana and went back for a custom rose patch. I returned a third time for her "mama tried" hat and I LOVE every single item. Her work is truly extraordinary. Especially so because her pieces are designed, drawn and stitched by her. If you have an idea for a custom piece, she'll thoughtfully design, draw and stitch that for you, too. As a person who has trouble making up their mind, I loved that aspect! She also does live embroidery events with a vintage chain stitch machine, as I had the pleasure of discovering recently. 99.9% of her merchandise is handmade and hand stitched, though. I think I'm going back for one of her cute change purses. I highly recommend this artist, she's amazing and one of the nicest people I've dealt with in the world of online shopping.

She’s an absolute scam artist. We engaged about a custom order over 10 months ago, order was solidified 7 months ago. Never delivered. Update refund issued after being blasted on instagram.
