Great products and customer service.
Fast Labels are an important part of our supply chain and important to the success of our business. 99% of the time everything is perfect, on the odd occasion there is a problem, Fast Labels have their very own super hero, named Georgia. From the very first contact, Georgia is always, calm, polite and efficient in solving the problem. Absolutely top notch!
Definitely my favourite print company, I've used them for years for stickers for various businesses so it was a natural progression to use them for labels. Nothing is too much to ask for; the design service is excellent, quality the best I've seen, their range is superb (ask for the sample pack) and customer support is fantastic, Bethan in particular :)

Labels came
Labels came, no problem. But I have been unable to contact the firm with regards to supplying me with an invoice. Without an invoicing system ora means of contact I will not be able to use them for further orders.
And when they responded to this review they ask me to make contact but still no means of contact. Frustrating.

Outstanding Customer Service
Placed another order for some service labels, then realised i'd made the heigh 100mm to long. Called customer service and spoke to Georgia, who immediately put a hold on any printing, took it upon herself to go off to the design team and get their opinion on a recommended height.
Georgia called me later in the day as promised, with a confirmed label size and a reduction in the price I had paid, even though it was my fault.
This is top customer service. Thanks Georgia, we got all this sorted before my boss found out ;)
Can't recommend Fast Labels enough, easy to order, great customer service, great quality control and proof reading. First Class!

I’ve been using Fast Labels for over 7-8 years, and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Joel and Georgia’s customer service is exceptional second to none. Their patience, understanding, and willingness to help is why I keep coming back.
I run quite a few businesses, and I’m always needing labels. Fast Labels never fail me. The quality is always fabulous, the pricing is brilliant, and they just get it right every single time.
