Booked our car in for a back box delete waiting over 1hr not been seen eventually just went home

Avoid these guys they clearly have no customer service skills

I left my car rr vogue for full facelift svo convert guy told me if you leave car today car will be ready on friday i bought ticket for train and hotel in dortmung germany after i did call he told me i told you up to 2 weeks i told them ok so i did lose 600 £ on bookings... they didn't paint it as i asked they scrached the car and after i ask for black tips they re spray them on the car and they painted the bumper with it my experience with the fast lane styling before was 100% now im not going to bring my cars to them any more i ask them to bring boss i want to speake to him they try to speake to me and still lie in my face i got pictures and videos as a proof

I found my experience with this business to be extremely disappointing. I feel that I was misled and treated dishonestly, which left me feeling taken advantage of.

Communication was inconsistent, with multiple members of staff providing conflicting information. It appeared that they lacked sufficient knowledge about vehicles and were unable to give accurate or reliable advice, resulting in an unprofessional experience.

Based on my experience, the workmanship also raised serious concerns. I have since been told by other exhaust specialists that the quality of the welding and the fitting of the exhaust components was poor, and that the business has a negative reputation within the industry.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company.

Ok here goes, initially I was happy to get my Range Rover Sport in to get the FLS body kit fitted , after some back and fore discussions it went into their shop , this was Oct 2025 , In all fairness after a bit of pushing it was done in 3 days instead of the 4/5 advertised . It looked ok and the fitment was not too bad . Now roll on 8 months and 1 of the 4 DRL’s is not working so obviously I contacted FLS to see if anything could be done , I was told to ring and speak to a guy called Habib whom I had originally dealt with , I did and after 3 messages and emails still nothing back , instagram.my messages have been read but have been ignored ! If you read the terms and conditions on the advert and online it clearly states that if they fit and paint your body kit that you get an additional 12 warranty , bit of a joke really as I’m 8 months or so in and can’t get anyone to speak to me regarding my issue , looking at the Trustpilot ratings I can now see why , not good at all , seems they have really let the customer service slip and now are getting slated for it . However !, after some messaging I had a reply , They have now sent me out a replacement DRL which has now been fitted and works . So this review has been updated from the original , the issue has been resolved however there needs to be a change to the customer service and contact as it still lacks that personal touch and takes too long to get things sorted , originally I rated them a 1 star It’s been upgraded to 3 due to the replacement .

Well 5 years back had my bmw done new exhaust twin tips both sides while I was there see lovley set new wheeles to expense I was told don’t worriey we will sort a good price so drove home to Norfolk that day new exhaust and news wheeles going again Monday getting excited now let’s hope as good as last time Peter child’s

I’m really disappointed with both the product and the aftercare.
I purchased a bumper for £450 and only recently arranged to have it fitted. Unfortunately, when the body shop opened the box, they found it was misshapen and unusable. As a result, they refused to fit it.
I reached out multiple times for support, explaining the situation, but got nowhere. I understand it’s just outside the 6-month return window, but this feels like a clear quality issue rather than wear and tear. The delay wasn’t by choice I had lost my job, which pushed back getting the part fitted. As soon as I was back in a position to proceed, this issue came to light.
It’s really poor that there’s been no willingness to help or even properly assess the situation. A £450 part should not arrive in a condition that makes it unusable, regardless of timing.
I’m hoping this can still be resolved fairly, as the current response has been extremely disappointing.

Had multiple vehicles worked on by Fastlane Styling and the service has been consistently spot on. Took a Renault Clio 197 in for a cat-back exhaust fitting—no issues at all. Also had a straight-through exhaust done on a Ford Fiesta Mk7, and a twin-exit setup on a BMW 3 Series Coupe.

In every case, the workmanship has been top quality. They’re precise with their work—cutting diffuser openings cleanly so the exhaust sits perfectly, and fabricating proper mounting points so everything is secure and aligned exactly as it should be.

Reliable, skilled, and deliver a proper finish every time. Highly recommend for any exhaust work.

I got a diffuser for w213 2019, the part was all good, but the guy who fited he didn’t know what he is doing ,and telling me is aftermarket part so it will be 15mm gap in some places,after he finish i drop it to my mechanic and he saw the guy put 2 brackets in the back in top of eachothers because he was lazy to chamge the bot sensor , so if you have an expensive car which you really love it i personally wouldn’t advise to send it to this guys,all you will see is plasterboard screws under just to cover their shit ,don’t use them

I had a full body kit and side steps fitted to my Range Rover Sport and what a transformation! Everyone thought I’d bought a new car. The standard of workmanship was faultless and the quality of the parts superb. Very professional.
Throughout the process all members of staff were polite and friendly and the car was washed and ready for me to pick up when I arrived. Habib and the team did an excellent job and best of all at a great price. I have no hesitation in recommending them to all my friends and urge you to ignore any negative comments you may read from others… my experience was 1st rate and will definitely be going back for more upgrades!

Absolute scum this company sent my son an empty box the box was sealed but clearly did not put goods inside I would advise anyone going to buy please beware conmen stay clear.

AVOID this garage at all costs unless you want your fitments to look like a joke. Shouldn’t even have a rating. Absolutely awful business.
This place claims to specialise in bodywork but couldn’t even fit a simple splitter properly— i had to point out their faults. One side was drilled above the wing, the other underneath. When I pointed it out, they “fixed” it, but it came back misaligned, with one side sticking out.
I raised the issue again, and they were keep going back and forth blaming the part instead of owning their mistake and poor knowledge of fitment. Filled with pure arrogance, especially the girl at the reception with black hair , sky high attitude, everyone is so unprofessional don’t understand what they think they’re?.
They also DAMAGED my mum’s new car on a previous visit and denied it!! even with proof from the Mercedes app. Will be spreading the word.

i made an apoitment for 10am and was seen straight away.first time i used this company for an exhaust on my boys astra j.the manager was very clear in what work was going to be done.they fitted a simple pipe with a twin tailpipe (backbox delete).the workmanship was better than expected,very quick and efficient and it was all completed in the time frame specified.the cost also was average and very fair.(you pay for their skills not just the value of the parts)

Very professional and polite good people to do business with, today was the 5th vehicle I've taken there and Very pleased with the work (M3 81TCH)

They left my car in gear with no handbrake on after exhaust work and the car rolled into another car. Owner of the car and owner of the business then spoke in own language which I could not understand and ended up cost my insurance 13000 pound as people where injured who were not even in the car. When I asked for cctv, conveniently it was not working that day

I ordered a rear diffuser for my Mercedes A-Class, it arrived after a few days, but just before it came I emailed asking a question regarding fitting. Someone called me back the same day and gave me some good advice. I fitted the diffuser today and it fits perfectly. Great service.

I called in to get booked in for a backbox muffler that needed welded onto my system. I spoke to the helpful lad on the phone for about 18mins also sharing photos of my current system on whatsapp so he can see what kind of system i have with my car details etc. He told me because its a 3” system it would cost £220 if i wanted to keep my current tips or upgrage the tips for £30.
I agreed to the price and got myself booked in. When i turnt up at the garage and got my car on the ramp i was told it would be £250 because its a 3inch system. I told him i was priced £220 he didnt listen. I went ahead with the job because maybe it was human error whilst doing the job the guy said it will be £270 all in because it would need new piping? I watched the welder cut off my pipe and directly weld on a muffler with no extra pipe used. I believe i was charger unlawfully and prices were just going up on the spot without clear justification.

Brilliant service. Item purchased(Roof Spoiler) arrived via parcelforce 24hr. Kept upto date by Fast lane on the item I had purchased. Arrived securely packaged. Price was best by far too. Very impressed. Would use again and recommend. 👍

Had exhaust conversion on my f30 335d lads done an amazing job also had the side skirts wrapped with an m performance sticker car looks totally transformed. Highly recommend fastlane styling.

Best company ever, I travelled a long way arrived on time, seen on time, good experienced staff included me and advised me, they could have sold me much dearer parts but didn't, my Jaguar XKR sounds just great, never been so happy, thank you guys A1++
