Poor! Poor! Poor! Poor! Extremely defensive and delusional about themselves in the fact they are RUBBISH but believe otherwise.. Spoke of professionalism which was HILARIOUS! Don’t ever come near this company if you want to preserve your sanity..They accept no blame and blame their SH**T SHOW on China..Please close this company down to save us consumers .. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Lied about the fact that you can buy one lanyard where in fact you have to buy 10

Lied about delivery date, loads of links on their website are doggie, you cannot leave a review on their website, both numbers (international and local) lead you to the same person with screaming kids in the background. If that does not deter you I do not know what will!!! This is not even half of it they did not keep me updated with the order or that the date had changed etc. My advice is stay away as far away as you can. Rather go without than order from here!!!!!!!

Not Fast with delivery.

I placed an order and paid extra for 2 day rush, I’m being told it would come in 10 days instead. maybe alternative couriers need to be looked at…

Great service from start to finish. I sent them my design on a Sunday evening. They got back to me with the proof the same evening. The can holders arrived on the Friday. They look great and are of good quality. Would definitely use again.

Avoid - unreliable. Missed delivery date by 5 days. Cost me thousands. They print in China. There is nothing fast or professional about them. Keep away from them.

We ordered some lanyards from this company for our festival last year (smoke and fire festival) and received a good price we did have a little problem placing the order via their website but they sorted it out same day and we received our order with out a problem. We will certainly use them again in 2021.

Paid for an order and then their website stopped working, emails wont send to them, customer service keep 'accidently' cutting off calls. Not sure if this company is legit or if we will even receive the lanyards weve paid for.

Do not use this company. I ordered Lanyards and was then landed with a customs import duty fee. They promised to refund me the money and never did. I contacted them several times - no response. Never again... you have been warned.

Just wanted to say - be careful.
Before ordering I got in contact with them ask I had a couple of questions to clarify.
During that conversation, as soon as I asked specific questions, was told I wasn't looking to buy/I wasn't a real customer. The chat handler became increasingly rude to me as I asked specific questions which should be easy to answer.
I was also told multiple contradictory information.
I was also told they are a US based company but are actually in the UK (while their website says they are based in China), but the writing is very pale so it is easy to miss.
They said they were in the UK but not paying any VAT in the UK.
They said they were taking orders of $100,000 so would definetly register for VAT.
The person I spoke to claimed to be a female based in the UK but similar interactions I've had previusly reminded me more of a male in an off-shore call centre.
Location and gender are not an issue, but I was concerned that they didn't come across as truthful.
They also told me their address in the UK but were obviously not actually at that address, nor had been there much if ever.
I decided not to order, so I could be wrong, but at a minimum they have a very rude customer service agent for pre-sales enquiries.
